It is very concerning to me when a dentist asks for money upfront for your visit even when you have excellent insurance. This provider took money with a promise of paying it back and when the insurance sent them a check. Sure enough my insurance paid him and then he refused to refund me my money. I called and called, and they kept saying they sent a check........... Something is not right with this place, maybe they are having money issues or something, but the receptionist had plenty of time before my appointment (two weeks) to call and verify that my insurance would pay (I guess just laziness) or maybe this is something they do all the time and hope the people will forget they put money down. Either way - I urge you with great caution DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY UPFRONT.

Dr Kaminski is the best of the best. My years of experience with Dr Kaminski have been positive. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

Loathesome individual. How and why the dental association has not revoked his license is a mystery to me. He cant tell a canine from a molar.
