I was a first time patient I. was quoted a price for all the things I needed done after my insurance paid their part. I was actually suggested to get the MOST EXPENSIVE tooth done first because it was December and I would be starting over a new years deductible in January. So I agreed. I had them do the MOST EXPENSIVE tooth first. well----------when the bill came the insurance paid NOTHING on my MOST EXPENSIVE tooth LIKE I HAD BEEN TOLD it would be by the receptionist at the dentist office . Before any work was done on me my very first visit I wanted to make sure this procedure was covered by my insurance and I was told YES. Thinking there was some mistake I called the office and the receptionist said there was some mistake and that I would need to pay the entire 1200.00. I have asked for some kind of a break in the fee and was told nothing could be done. I was told the owner of the business would call me but never did. The dentist who did the work on me said she couldn’t help me because she wasn’t the owner and couldn’t reduce any price. I went back and told them how I felt misled they didn’t seem to care. I told them that I would be telling others how unhappy I was about all this and they didn’t seem to care about that either. SOOOOO beware if you go to this dentist. Make sure you call for your own coverage first.Dont trust them when they say you are approved for a procedure because you probably wont be.

I have had many billing issues with this provider, with balances from normal 100% covered checkups, even though every time for routine check up, we would request to make sure everything is covered by insurance. Their invoices are messy, lumpped all family members together. You cant tie balance to specific EOBs. The office is close by and nice. But with so many back and forth calls on invoices, and you have to check your insurance to make sure the amount you owe every time, it is just too much.

Everyone seems to be friendly and professional at this office. Just one comment to the dentist. Do not discuss politics with me when my mouth is sore, its not a discussion if I cant speak ;-)
