Never saw the doctor but this is a review of my experience in wanting to set up an appointment for my daughter to see this dermatologist for a new, sudden-onset skin condition. My initial call to the office produced busy signals (several times) - mind you, DURING their business hours - and when I finally did get through, the person who answered the phone was abrupt and discourteous, basically giving the impression that they had no interest in any new patients - and stating that the next available appointment was four months into the future. Thumbs down!

Called to book an appointment for my son, the staff was not overly friendly or informative, just started telling me about all the charges Id have to pay. There was not much sympathy, empathy, etc., in the receptionists voice. Very robotic. Also for a simple afternoon appointment, they were 5+ weeks out on the booking schedule. Thats a super, super long time to wait for an appointment, especially when there was at best "take it or leave it" attitude by the receptionist.

Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told they were scheduling new patients into October (5 months). Seemed like she was hoping that would scare me away... I said that was fine and that I would still like to schedule an appointment. Placed on hold. She came back and asked what I needed to be seen for. After telling her, she said I needed to see my primary first. Never scheduled me for an appointment. Guess I will be going somewhere else.

My wife was looking for a new dermatologist near our new home and called this office to schedule an appointment. The office worker peppered my wife with personal questions including her SSN and indicated that it was the doctors policy only to look at one thing per appointment. She felt so badly about the experience that she decided not to keep the appointment she had made early on in the conversation for 2 months later. Very poor customer service.

I have had great experiences with them. The staff are very friendly; they have very good prices compared to other dermatologists. The thing that I enjoy the most is that they care that my skin goals are met. I have gone to them numerous times and have yet to be disappointed. My only complaint is the long wait time but, due to the fact that they are very busy and successful that is understandable. I would defiantly recommend them.

Called to schedule an appointment for the first time today. Asked me to hold...Sat there for 6 minutes, thinking "Hello, is anyone there?" Hung up, called again and she immediately asked to me to continue to hold. No thanks, if this is how your run your phones your appointments must be a nightmare. Ill find a different office to utilize.

You sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes plus on multiple occasions to see the doctor. You go for blood work only to find out they never sent the order in after saying they were going to and the lab also calling to request it.

staff very rude........ I would not ever deal with individuals on this level....I feel sorry for the doctor, the staff left a bad taste in my mouth before they have had a chance to meet
