Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told they were scheduling new patients into October (5 months). Seemed like she was hoping that would scare me away... I said that was fine and that I would still like to schedule an appointment. Placed on hold. She came back and asked what I needed to be seen for. After telling her, she said I needed to see my primary first. Never scheduled me for an appointment. Guess I will be going somewhere else.

this staff is rude and very impatient...time to clean house doctor, Patients will not ever have the chance to see how well you perform, if they have to deal with staff like this
