This is the worst chiroptactor that ive ever been too and i agree with many of the other reviews that are out there this suppose Dr is a joke. Ireally thought i was around a kid no maturity at all. Kept asking questions about some of my aches and it was more important to be on his cellphone laughing ,swearing no respect. I wonder how much he paid to get his degree. For someone thats a chiropractor get some new pants you look like steve urkel or a Fa???? When i got my massage she did an ok job even though i couldnt understand her much but she was telling me his got massage therapist working there with no license no ethics the word professionalism went out the window. there is no receptionist to greet you, music is loud like being at a club televisions volume is pretty high so if youre looking for a relaxing place to be taken seriously walk away. He should change the business name from wellness to a stripclub. By the way this Dr has doesnt have a brain its funny watching him talking to him my neighbors agree when they got there massage there from groupon. They said his the biggest retard in that field.

Dr. Botti and the staff at the Southside Pain Relief Center are phenomenal. I arrived extremely frightened about what I should expect. Although I have never seen a chiropractor, Ive never been a fan of that faint crack/pop sound. Still, from the moment I called, I was calmed and greeted with humor. This helped tremendously, and the customer service has remained stellar (they send text reminders about your appointments, and its not a bot--you can respond!). And substantively, each service that I have received while in their care has had a positive effect on my health and overall physical well being. If feeling better than when you came, is your overall goal, give this place a try. Dr. Botti is extremely personable (seriously great, I can attest to this because I need warnings and preparations before each adjustment and hes extremely accommodating) and both his hands and Debbies are magic (can you say full body massage?!). They make a great team. Its always super busy, but it so well organized that you are always seen quickly and during your scheduled time (dont be late!).

31yo female c/o on/off back pain for several years. As of late, the pain was increasing in both intensity and frequency so I decided to schedule a consultation w/Dr. Botti – Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! His assessment is very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate relief felt with just one adjustment. More importantly though, I left the consultation with an understanding of what was wrong, why, and how he and his team were going to help me to help myself get better. I initially started seeing Dr. Botti at his Oak Lawn location, but have since transitioned to his Lincoln Park practice as this is closer to my home. Therapists and reception at both locations are wonderful. Appointments are easy to make, always timely, and NEVER feel rushed – even on the busiest of days. All this aside, one thing that I personally enjoy and feel sets him apart from other physicians is his laid back disposition and sense of humor. After all, laughter is the best medicine…next to Dr. Botti’s exceptional chiropractic care.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Botti. For months, I experienced painful hiccups every time I ate or drank anything. I went to multiple doctors, but nobody was able to help me. Then, my physician referred me to Dr. Botti and everything changed for the better. From my first visit, I received excellent care from Dr. Botti. He listened to my symptoms, and worked with me to determine the best course of treatment. We began acupuncture, and the results have been amazing. I am thrilled to say that my hiccups went away, and I owe it all to Dr. Botti. He also adjusted my spine, which has helped my back pain tremendously. Overall, the care I have received has been exceptional. All of the staff members are friendly, personable, and welcoming. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment at the times I need, even with my busy schedule. Dr. Botti genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time getting to know them. I highly recommend Dr. Botti to anyone looking for a chiropractor. He’s the best out there!

First chiropractor I have ever seen and wouldnt go anywhere else. When I first went to Dr Botti I was in great despair & in excruciating sciatic pain on both legs coming from (per my MRI) Severe Degenerative Disc disease, spondylosis, arthritis & sciatic nerve damage. After getting countless massages, 4 spinal injections with no improvement of my pain, 3 surgeons recommended a spinal fusion one surgeon actually recommended a double fusion. I dealt with this pain for almost a year and depression was hitting me hard...until I found Dr Botti who at my first meeting gave me hope & encouragement that he was going to help me. He immediately figured out that, my "episodes" of excruciating sciatic pain that would leave me bed ridden for days, was actually coming from my hips being disaligned. He treated me aggressively and with GODs Grace (as I prayed for him and his massage therapist Debbies hands everyday) I have not had an episode since my first visit with him. Thank You Dr Botti & staff for your compassion and healing.

Dr. Bottom goes above and beyond to help you. He focuses on patient care not the $$$$$. Ive been seeing him for about a year now initially for numbness and tingling in my arm which made me miserable and caused many restless nights. I thought about traditional therapy, however I read chiropractic care can help as well so I thought Id give it a shot. Guess what it worked! He also worked on my back pain which also improved along with my posture. Most recently I rolled my foot out of my shoe and ended up with tendinitis. Dr. Not to went out of his way to treat my foot a couple visits while I waited to start physical therapy. I rated him a 4 due to his office hrs. I just wish he was open later during the week due to my work schedule I no longer get to go as much as Id like although now my semi monthly visits are more for wellness and my occasional kinks in my neck. His staff overall is very nice. He is very knowledgable and thinks outside the box in order to provide great patient care.

Hmmmm these reviews that Im reading on here cant be true at all!!! I have been a patient of The Drs for over a year and a half. My first experience there was nothing but proffessional. My consulatation was very informative and the treatment plan that was reccommended was explained in detail and very affordable. I have recieved several massages from this clinic and although I have my favorite every therapist there is proffessional and knowledgable of each patients needs. The Dr is very personable and caring and has been the very key to my now non-existent back and neck pain as well as my 30lb weight loss. I am showed stretches to do at home when I cant make it to appointments and when I do miss the receptionist as well as the Dr makes it their business to remind me of the importance of staying on my care plan. I will continue to be a consistant patient here because my quality of life has improved and I am pain free!!
