From the moment I set foot in the office, until I was checking out was an AMAZING experience! The staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to my insurance benefits and what I needed. They offered me multiple choices, but didnt course or push me into any sale! They have a HUGE frame selection ranging from high end to more budget friendly. I felt confident and pleased with the care from the Doctor as she was very thorough and explained what was going on every step of the way! This is a hidden gem that everyone in the Indy area needs to know about. I will defiantly continue using Norman and Miller for my eyecare/eyewear needs.

We recently went to see Dr. Cameron Norman at the Glendale office and absolutely loved it! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Our 4 year old ended up needing glasses and they were so helpful in getting him fitted. The frame selection was very stylish with plenty to pick from. They also figured what would be the best deal to order contacts for me which I greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to the visit to pick our glasses and contacts! Couldn’t be happier with our choice to go to the Glendale office for our exams!

I needed new contacts and needed a new place to go (didnt like the last person I had seen and missed my hometown optometrist). The reviews were good for Dr. Bernstein, so I thought I would give him a shot. They were able to get me in quickly and the office staff was very nice. He was also very nice and thorough. They were able to give me contacts to try, and my order came in pretty quickly. They also specialize in kids, which if my daughter ever needs to get seen for eye issues, is a plus for me!

Highly recommend Norman & Miller!!! Very professional, patient, and friendly. The entire staff was helpful. Doctors and staff were very patient and didnt not make me feel rushed throughout any part of the process. The doctor listened to my concerns and questions and addressed them accordingly. When he made recommendations he wasnt pushy but explained himself well. He made sure I was comfortable with the outcome of my appointment. I feel well taken care of here and you will too!!!

This was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience! The exam was professional and thorough, the doctor informative and knowledgeable. When it came time to pick out frames, I was given great suggestions and had an excellent variety to choose from. The frames dept. is very diverse and very up to date in eyewear choices. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Very helpful, kind staff. It may look a little shady from the outside but it is really clean, cozy and spacious on the inside. They had a great deal on frames when I went- 50% off Gucci frames. I got mine for $100! Dr. Gilman is great- very friendly and knowledgeable. And they completely understand not wanting to pay a lot for good eye care. I felt very comfortable.

I have my terrible experience with this clinic ...!they dont confirm my appointment never called me when my glasses is ready to pick up ...the service is low !!I will never recommend this clinic to anyone !!!never told me its 3-5 business days !!!why takes so long for putting the lense on my glasses ?

We had a great experience here! The staff were very helpful while we were trying on frames, and the play area kept my 2 year old pretty busy! Frames came in less than a week! Would definitely recommend.
