I am from a town approximately 1.5 hours from Bowling Green. Im a wife, mother of three, and full time student in both Surgical Assistant & Technologist programs. I began seeing Dr. Ogunyemi, at the beginning of November. From day one, this place was a massive headache that cared more about themselves & money, than actually helping their patient. At my first appointment, I was charged $100 cash for a consultation, when I had no copay on my insurance at all, however, they still charged the fee & also billed my insurance for the appointment. At this appointment I filled out all new patient paperwork & submitted a urine drug screen. After spending 10 minutes with the doctor, I was given a prescription and was told that I MUST use the pharmacy that THEY wanted, which just happened to be downstairs from their office.(Quite the gig theyve got going on there. The doctors office forces patients to use this pharmacy, while prescribing medication that costs close to $700 for a one month supply) I was then scheduled for a follow up three days later & was told to expect to spend approximately 3 hours in office for this appointment, however, in reality, I spent almost SEVEN hours in their office, yet spent less than 15 minutes with the doctor & was sent out the door with yet another appointment a week later. This went on for a month, with me spending 5-7 hours in their office each week for a single appointment, but only seeing a doctor for less than 15 minutes, meanwhile, they billed insurance for THOUSANDS of dollars for each appointment. Keep in mind, the ONLY things I did in this office was take a urine screening & spend 5-10 minutes talking to the doctor. No procedures, tests, scans- no nothing. This entire time they had my appointments several days off from when prescriptions could be filled & were, again, FORCING me to use the pharmacy THEY wanted & threatening me with dismissal if I used a pharmacy in my own town. (In case your wondering, I DID try to put my preferred pharmacy in my own town on the new patient paperwork, only to have the staff inform me that I MUST change it & put their pharmacy on my prescription contract) This continued for weeks. Finally, on December 18th, I was scheduled for an appointment at 3pm. I was making the almost 2 hour trip to their office when I received a call informing me that my mother had been in an accident & had passed away. I immediately turned around to make it home to my family & called the doctor to let them know I wouldnt be able to make my appointment. Five days later, on the day I buried my mother, I received a certified letter informing me that I had been "dismissed" from their program because of the missed appointment. When I called to speak with them about it, the staff was callous & uncaring of my mothers sudden passing. I was told, and I quote, "your mothers death is irrelevant in regards to your missed appointment, if you wanted to remain in our program, you should have come to your appointment regardless of what you had going on at the time." Now, the medication they had me on is not something you just Stop taking. The adverse effects from a sudden discontinuation are extreme & can possibly lead to stroke, seizures, or death. Pretty scary thought. I was the ideal patient for their program. I followed their program & instructions to the letter. In addition, I also went the extra mile. They recommended that patients seek out therapy & other support systems in addition to appointments with them & I went above & beyond by, not only having weekly therapy appointments, but I attended group therapy weekly. I also obtained a gym membership & began regular routines to increase my chances of success through healthy diet & exercise, as well as positive lifestyle changes. I did all of this outside of their program & they were aware of my extra diligence & dedication, yet this office never considered my level of commitment or the possible health problems I was likely about to endure because of their dismissal. My advice? Find another physician.

I am a police officer and have been going to this place for a year. I took off work for an appointment and was still in uniform. Without argument the manager decided to discontinue my services from their facility because I was carrying my weapon, which is mandatory for my position as we are constantly under public threat. It was completely wrong for her to do this. Ask around, she was wrong. Instead of sueing this place my Dr. and I decided to take my services elsewhere. The other office I am now seeing is very nice and have no issues with my weapon. They also agreed it was wrong what she did. This place will lose customers over stupid managers that think they know it ALL. I will also not recommend anyone to this place.

OK big deal to me. We I did a drug test in there office they said I didnt have my pill in my system so I went to my primary care doctor got another test cause they said theyd do all my procedure not my meds.well got around test results and in fact they showed my meds.well when I contacted them in regards to the results the decision to no longer even do procedure for me. So I guess when you prove them wrong this is how your treatment. So dont ever question them if you want to get any help with pain

I was treated very well by the staff and Dr. They went above and beyond to help with my insurance paperwork. Dr. Ciochetty explained my condition to my daughter and myself in easy terms to understand. I have been given options for treatments that I am very hopeful will reduce the pain to a more tolerable level. I was not forced to use their pharmacy or even told about it. Thank you all for caring so much about me.

I have been going to IPS for about 2 years. I have always had positive experiences. Everyone has been extremely helpful and have done a lot to help me ease some of my pain. They all care about the patients and truely want to help. I highly recommend IPS. If you are truely having pain and follow their directions they go out of their way to help.

This is a wonderful place. Everyone is exceptionally nice, as well as, professional. I have had several procedures here and have zero complaints. I see Dr. Miller and have recently seen Dr. Maglinger for a round of my injections due to Dr. Millers schedule. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility.

I am so thankful for the IPS staff and their kindness. They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. When I had a question about my bill, there were staff members readily available to help. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at IPS.

Even if you have no late or missed payments the will hand your bill over to a collection agency that will still be trying to get more money from you over a month after your bill is paid in full. They are either very incompetent or flat out fraudulent.
