I went to this dentist after going to a different one in New Albany and having a bad experience. This was about two years ago or so. My teeth needed repaired from the prior place and since my insurance wouldnt cover the procedure, due to already having it done, Mortenson gave me a huge discount. I was really really nervous about how it would go and the pain but the dentist did an amazing job. I will never leave Mortenson Dentist as long as the staff keep being as amazing at their job as they are. I appreciate my dentist very much and to be honest I probably wouldnt have ever been as thankful for them as I am without having that bad experience prior. Thank you Mortenson for being so compassionate and caring to your customers!!! :)

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I was a new patient. I had a emergency and I was worked in to the schedule. The staff from beginning to end were so friendly, professional, and so comforting. I had to have a extensive procedure and I never felt like any one was rushing, even though 1 hour was put aside for me. My care required 2 1/2 hours. My comfort was considered, as well as my safety. The Dr. told me as he would be removing a filling from my tooth, it could literally fly out and scratch my glasses. I was provided a pair of safety glasses. The Dr.s assistant also kept my lips moist with chap stick! I was asked at all times if I felt any pain. If you are afraid of dentists, dont be, you will be fine here! Lori

I went to Mortenson Family Dental after having the worst experience of my life at a 24/7 dentistry while visiting family in Indianapolis, (never a good idea)! When I returned home, I still had stitches in my mouth and was in more pain than what was to be expected (from a surgical tooth extraction). I felt that I really needed to go to a legitimate dentistry, and have everything checked out... I am so pleased to say that Dr. Zenhder and her staff more than exceeded my expectations! I want to thank you all for the way you focus on patient care and comfort! I will start having my entire family go to Mortenson Family Dental (and Kids First Dentistree)! You guys truly are the Gold Standard in dentistry!

Just left from my first exam in over 3 years. Ive been dreading getting an exam done all year when I finally got dental insurance. I have to say my entire experience was a pleasant one. The ladies up front were very sweet and personable. I was called back by the smiling face for my xrays by a lady named Sherry. I didnt hide that being there made me uncomfortable but that feeling didnt last. I met with Dr. Zehnder before getting my teeth cleaned. She was so nice and down to earth. Natalie cleaned my teeth, the polishing was almost relaxing even. I will definitely keep going there for my routine exams.

I went in for a cracked filling, which resulted in them recommending a crown. They were superbly friendly, however the quality of their work was lacking. It took five visits and three separate porcelain crowns for them to get the fit right, and on the fifth visit they cracked the live tooth beneath the crown. Unfortunately they are taking no responsibility for the broken tooth and I am out $1200 and whatever the cost will be to repair my tooth with a new dentist.

This is honestly the best dentist my son and I have ever been to. Every time we have been there, they are always on time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am disabled and they have been so wonderful helping me. I also do not have insurance. When I had a dental emergency, they helped me get it fixed with a payment I could handle. After living all over the country and seeing many dentists, this is the best!! I HIGHLY recommend!! Michelle D.

I have had 2 visits so far at this office, first was a cleaning and then some cavities filled. My oldest daughter has been a patient for about 2 years. They are absolutely wonderful!! The staff is great! They do a wonderful job and work with you as far as doing what you can afford to do. I would recommend this office to everyone!! Beth D.
