I was very unhappy with the overall experience my daughter had to go through with her visits here. She has never went anywhere else so I didnt know that this wasnt normal. I wasnt happy but I thought maybe it was just me? Nope- Ive spoken with several other mothers and compaired stories..they are somewhat rude, treated my daughter without any compassion or didnt even TRY to make her feel more comfortable when she started freaking out, several things could have been done differently to make me and her feel more welcome or like a valued customer but I left on the verge of tears.

Dr. Gentzler is a great dentist & great with kids. The management of his office however leaves a lot to be desired. I have had insurance issues with the front desk twice. I tried to explain my insurance & how much I needed to pay to no avail. Finally, I paid what they required so that my kids could get the work they needed done & after receiving the EOBs they owed me a refund. I still have yet to receive the refund! Also, they are VERY unfriendly at the front desk. I hate that Dr. Gentzler is losing patients because of his staff & their inadequacy. =(

I absolutely love everything about this office. Dr. Gentzler is amazing. As an RN I can tell you that this office is as professional if not more than the rest. Every patient and every parent is treated with 100% respect every time. I love Dr. Gentzlers conservative approach. He does not do un-necessary procedures/fillings that cause un-necessary pain and trauma to children. His practice is not about the billing its truly about the kids. We will forever be his biggest fans. My only wish is that he saw adults too!!!

Dr. Gentzler has taken great care of our three kids. The staff is very kind and patient. They know how to gently coax cooperation from kids who are afraid of the dentist. We have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the office. Recently, one of our daughters had an problem with her gum that we were very worried about and they saw us immediately--as in within the hour. It turned out to be nothing but I really appreciated how they accommodated our "emergency."

Do not go here....I wouldnt give his staff one star, but you have to rate something. His front office ladies (2 of them) are rude, mean and nasty. Not the environment I want to take my children. The doc should evaluate his staff and do himself a favor....who needs that? Ladies...if youre reading this....you need Jesus! You should be ashamed of yourself for your behavior in a PEDIATRIC office. Karma sucks...remember that!

the front desk/ receptionists were very dry, unfriendly and seem bothered by the children in the waiting room. Their expressions were that of rather being somewhere and seemed as tho they hate their jobs. would not recommend. the dentist may be great but whi would know from the staff he has. the staff is the reflection of the office and thw experience with them ahould as great as the experiwnce with the dentist/phydician.

Dr. Gentzler and his staff are the best around. They are so patient and kind with my child and have made her not in the least bit afraid of the dentist. All the staff are always smiling and so friendly and always chat with me and my daughter. We are so thankful for such a wonderful dentist and his staff.

i went in to have an extraction, and the secretary/receptionist offered a 25% discount for cash. After the extraction, there was no discount. i paid full price. I WOULD NOT RETURN THERE. After all , business is business.

I love Dr. Gentzler. He was very polite and talked to my children during the whole procedure. We were in and out relatively quickly and didnt find any issues with the staffing.
