Not impressed. The first time I called they left me on hold for almost 15 minutes because they forgot about me. I had to hang up and call again. When I called back there was no apology for leaving me on hold for 15 minutes. Dr. Swenson is nice, but the office staff is horrible. They had me fill out forms on a Windows based tablet, and the keyboard was so small that it was very difficult to complete. I wasnt impressed with the dental hygienist either. She was forceful and snapped at my child "Dont bite me!!". I realize a first time dentist appointment is scary, but this was too traumatic for my child. We wont be back.

Have been taking my children there for 16 years and have never had an issue with any staff or doctor. Alway very friendly and big help getting kids scheduled for appointment.

Took my 2.5 year old to Dr. Swenson for his first appointment, she did a great job of keeping kid and Mom calm and happy.
