The office lady, Mary is very aggressive with patients. She got into it with someone at the front desk and yelled at them. Wouldnt let the situation go. She just kept going on and on. It was like she wanted the escalation. Then I could hear her bad mouthing the patient to others in the back. I dont understand why this is allowed. The experience for me was very unprofessional and frankly scary. Everyone else was nice, but I will not be back because of this.
