I know Patricia Williams, M.D. is by far the best pediatrician me and my wife have ever met that is why we looked for her once we got our insurance together she is a amazing doctor I would tell the world to have her as your kids pediatrician she is that great. Her office(Brentwood Pediatrics) on the other hand where she is at now was not that great to me and my family and to be frank just down right rude and wrong if you are supposed to be there for the kids and family Jeff Forbess called it obamacare (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) if we are being professional is what it is is not obamacare. Cathy Stevens said one thing and that was that in January they would not be taking kids who do not get immunization and would be dropping current patients in January who do not get their kids immunization and that was fine with me, but since we had drove all the way out here already I said they could be seen and then in January we would switch. When they (Cathy and Jeff) seen I was okay with just switching in January they came back and changed that January date to today and said they were sorry that I had to go through this they were so worried about shots they did not take the time to see that my kids had the common cold and were sick, but when she talked to my wife was willing to see them once I was already gone when she found out they were sick. Giving me this story about how they are liable and at risk of being sued if they take care for kids who dont get immunization you would think they would have informed us of this before we got there and that in that case they would not wait till January to drop current patients if they were so at risk. It is so much I could add but gotta cook dinner for my kids why my wife finds another place t accept our kids, in any other situation you have to sign a wavier if you refuse something but can still be seen doctors suggest things all the time doesnt mean you have to do it but when you tell me if we think about getting our kids immunization then you would have seen them today you know in your heart that you are just wrong and in the case of being what would Jesus do ask your self if you did the right thing Jeff Forbess and Cathy Stevens my kids had nothing to do with it and you could have seen them today if you arent making changes and the rules werent changing until January Im just saying I would say POOR NOT NEAR FAIR

I have been seeing Dr Jill Forbess for the last 15 years. This practice hasnt been open that long but we moved with here from her last office. I think that she is fantastic. Theresa her nurse is knowledgeable and so sweet. Dr Forbess has been great working with me when we didnt have insurance. She has added two additional doctors to this office. We have seen the other doctors in the is office for sick visits and liked them. I dont agree with all her philosophies and wish she understood natural health a bit more but overall we have had great experiences with this office. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the wait times have gotten longer as her business has grown. I never waited more than 10 minutes before and now I will sit for 20 plus minutes sometimes, but not always. The upside is that they do get you to the back quick, so you arent sitting in the waiting room swapping germs.

We have been very pleased with Dr. Leah Umphlett! The practice is always kind and accommodating. The waiting area has several appropriate toys and books, and all the exam rooms have sweet decorations, toys, and books. They have a very intentional patient experience both on the phone and during visits. Everyone on their staff is exceptional.

Dr. Breaux is incredible, but after 15 years of following her to 2 different practices my family will need to part ways. Ive had several issues with staff and their lack of genuine concern for my kids well-being. Breaks my heart to leave Dr. Breaux.
