Doing what they want without permission. I took my child in for an evaluation of a tooth to see what could be done, they called and said they are just going to take a picture and they would let me go back after that, well 20 mins later I go to the window to go back and they are trying to do something without me even knowing. I made sure they knew I only wanted to know what could be done and never told them to do anything. My child had no idea why they were even there, so I ask did why they where doing anything and they said oh he said we could.. Needless to say lying is not something that I expect from adults but thats what I got because my child had no idea why I even got him out of school early.. So they tried to blame them doing work without permission was that he said they could...

I work at the Clanton office and I am appalled by the other reviews I am seeing! Being an employee in this office I can tell you I know these parents & have intimate knowledge of the "situations" they are talking about. All I can say is dont believe everything you hear! I as an employee love this office and plan on being here a very long time. My children are patients here also and I can tell you from their experience, as well as my own as a patient, that the doctors; assistants; hygienists, eye doctors, & office staff are very well trained and very good at their jobs!

Untrained staff. Taking patients blood pressure with no pressure in the cuff, proceeded to write down incorrect information anyway as her vitals, thinks thermometer goes in cheek area not under tongue, thought 66 degrees was my daughters body temp. Popped off latex gloves over her body when I said shes allergic to latex...didnt wash hands before touching her again. Walked out didnt allow procedure. Reported.

I have found most of the staff are annoying, there entertainment for children are poor choiced. It was very cold inside there. As always I arrive early only to have to wait past my childs appointment time to be seen. As well as everyone we come Im ask to fill out patient update sheets when nothing had changed.currently seeking new

The staff there are horrible! The one behind the desk with short black hair is a snob who makes you feel like you are an idiot. Then they take my kids back LOCKED me out and i could hear them yelling at my son. They eye Dr yelled at my son... NEVER will I be back there! If I could rate this place a zero I would.
