I would say this is the worst experience I have had with a dental office ever. The procedure really hurt and one of my fillings is sand paper rough. I understand that no dental procedure will be completely pain free, but I expect that if you brand your business as a gentle practice that you will make an effort to minimize pain for the patient. I found it highly ironic that they decided to name their practice gentle dentist. I plan to give it some time and hopefully the roughness of one of my filings will get better with time. They provided me with an estimate that I felt at the time was high. Against my better judgement I continued on with having them do the service. When it was time for me to pay the bill, it was 50% higher than the original estimate. I did call my insurance company and their office is in network. They just decided to do some creative coding so that they could charge more for the work. I normally pay around $20 for a filing with my insurance, with their office the amount climbed to $64.25 per filing. When I questioned the amount, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I cant imagine what it would have cost if I needed a root canal or crown. I would not recommend that you choose this office. While there they did not do a cleaning, but did charge my insurance for this amount. They told me I could come back to do this at a later date. Also, while waiting in my chair I heard them quote amounts ranging from $900 - $1,500 for almost every patient there. I hardly ever write reviews because Im busy. I really wish I had listened to some of the posters here and on yelp. I feel like they took my cash and were very rude while doing it. On top of it this is the worst dental work I have ever had.

I loved how they got me in right away but seemed to be downhill after that. They were late in seeing me. i stayed in chair for awhile before i was seen by dentist. Than it took awhile for them to call and follow up with me about going to oral surgeon. Needing DR info that i gave them at first appointment. Than didnt seem to know what was going on than was supposed to get back with me on the oral surgeon. She said she would get back with me same day. Well 3 days later and still no response back. Meanwhile my teeth are still hurting where I cant sleep and nothing was giving to me to relieve pain why I went to them in the first place. Still waiting for something to be done.

When I walked in the door I was cold so one of the staff members gave me a blanket to use while I was there. I was called immediately for my appt and the Dentists assistant filled all of the new forms needed with me in a private room. Next, I had my teeth cleaned and it was a quick and painless procedure. When I saw the dentist she uncovered several serious issues that my old dentist neglected to see. She really was a gentle dentist who made going to the dentists office so less stressful!

Dr. Jones is PHENOMENAL. My daughter has had some traumatic dental experiences lately, and Dr. Jones has been the only dentist (weve seen many, along with specialists) who makes my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She is sweet, bubbly, and knowledgable. She makes an effort to speak to my kids before doing any work, and is sure to explain (in an age appropriate way) what is going on. I am happy we found Dr. Blair!

I love going to gentle dentist. Whenever I am there for my appointment, I usually go in within 5 min of my time or sometimes even before. They are very thorough and everyone always has a smile on their face. Dr. Atmar is very good at what she does.

I cant begin to describe the appreciation I have for the way Dr. Blair treated my son. Truly beyond what I would expect. This is easily the best place in Avon for pediatric dentistry. I dont know how anywhere else could be better.

Easy check in and check out, staff was lovely and great at telling us what needed to happen as well as offering an estimate before any work is done. Doc was very kind and reassuring my 14 yo about pulling a baby tooth!

The staff and dentist are always wonderful with my children. They are patient and gentle and answer all my questions, as well as take the time to explain or show me things. Dr. Atmar is great with my kids and myself!

They charge old customers $50 for missed appointment, but do nothing when they yank out a appointment without notifying! I am certainly look for another dentist in my area. Had enough!
