Been going here my entire life all through elementary, middle, high school, college, and now as a working citizen. Recently i was sitting in the waiting room with an ice pack on my jaw due to wisdom teeth pain i requested my cleaning be moved up so they could look at my wisdom teeth and make a recommendation. I had this 2pm appointment for 3 weeks since that was the soonest they could get me in any appointment in the afternoon. While waiting in the waiting room i had a woman come get me and explain to me that they were refusing service to me because a family member of mine owed 43$ on there account from their previous appointment 2 months before this day , okay so how does this effect me? Different house, different last name, different insurance, never once been there together before, didnt even know said family member went to the same dentist as I. Okay so now why wasnt I contacted and been told that you would not service me before I left work early to come to this appointment, I was told that there were no phone numbers on my contact and that the only umber they had was for the family member, Okay so then how have I been getting text & email alerts reminding me of my appointment for the past 3 weeks, why did i get a little letter to my home saying "please dont forget your appointment" if you have no way of contacting me. I was told if i could not pay their bill in full then they could not service me. Ice pack in hand with a swollen mouth I have decided to no longer to business here. this place isnt the same since new ownership and I will never be back

The word family is in this practices name for a reason! Dr. Heath and his staff are very professional and friendly to all who walk through their doors. Having young children himself, Dr. Heath has a tremendous amount of patience and care for all his patients, particularly the younger ones - hell even juggle for you! This practice is very clean, and they make you feel welcome every time. They are very good at not nickle and diming you, as well as being diligent with appointment reminders. Before coming to this practice I despised the dentist and the ol teeth cleaning procedures, but here they make me feel comfortable and relaxed, and are much more gentle on my teeth!
