I have never had a problem with this dentistry up until today. They called wanting to confirm appointments for my 2 children, I did. I day or arrival I have other kids I needed to watch just so I could afford the bare necessities. They did not inform me that their policies had changed and any child, sibling or not would not be allowed in the back unless being seen not to mention the fact they are now also discouraging the parents from going back of they had younger children with them....I am not upset about this. I am however upset that they didnt tell me the policies had changed when calling to confirm appointments so I could make other arrangements for the children I way home while their mothers work. They had very rude attitudes towards me when I explained that my son being 4 and till terrified of the dentist would not stay in the back without me whether his sister was there or not. They other 2 children I had with me were 5 and 6....Im sorry but I can not allow children that young attended alone in the lobby. I was not the only parent upset by this policy and was only notified of the policy once I was already allowed back with the 2 other children. It was never a problem before but I feel they could have handled it better.

My child 1st appt was today and which there was plenty of paperwork and the receptionist took so long to hand me the paperwork so it could be filled out in a timely manner. After being called to the back with my child I had to wait like 40 mins a room where they had a 15 cm hole in the chair and two tone paint on the wall. I expect the dentist office to be colorful and calm not run down. My child cried for her 1st appt. The dentist himself was horrible and terrible bed side manners came in saying oh my god. My child is 1 what do you expect and he still was complaining the whole time while he was in the room about her crying. We are never going back!

My first visit was ok. The dentist was very nice but the nurses kept talking about how one was about to get fired and other problems. My second visit it was a different doctor, the nurses complained and stopped me from walking to talk to each other. The dentist didnt take out all my teeth and and gave me the wrong medicine. Had a bad feeling about this place form the start and I todo my mom but she insisted that I give them a chance. Im going somewhere else to have the other tooth removed.

Unprofessional hygienist(big black women) have unrelated work conversation over my child and even saying a curse word. This is not the first time she has had inappropriate conversation over a patient. Sarrell need to be more selective about their staff.

They just completely horrible in 2016 I went for an appointment only to schedule another because the doctor was gone out of town and couldnt get to my child till another month .their attitudes are nasty and unprofessional

They schedule too many people at one time.. Then only have one Dentist at a time. I took 2 hours just to get a cleaning..
