We had heard that Dr. Franklin was one of the best around. We feel like we got very lucky when we managed to get her as our childs primary physician, because the good things wed heard turned out to be true! Shes a "baby whisperer"; even on our first visit, she was able to calm our baby down unlike anything Id seen before or since. Besides that, she really, really seems to be at the top of her field and knows her stuff as well as anyone out there. If it were possible to leave more than five stars, I would. And I might add that weve never had a negative experience with any of the doctors or other staff there and this facility is top-notch all the way around.

Dr. Heather Franklin is the very BEST pediatrician we have ever met. My family and I have lived in Bloomington for 8 years now and we have been truly blessed to have her as our primary care physician for all of our 3 children. My son is on the spectrum and every single year he is excited to see her. Dr. Franklin has always supported all the necessary steps we have taken to improve my sons obstacles he faces everyday. She is kind, understanding, and quick to help you with all your childrens needs. I just want to say Thank you Dr. Franklin for all you do. Our family knows that you love what you do and it shows.
