I would not recommend Tennessee Heart & Vascular Institute. As a new patient I was referred by my Primary Care physician to see Dr. Paul Kudelko. On my initial appointment I was sent to the wrong location. Dr. Kudelko was in Gallatin that day and I was sent to Hendersonville. I understand mistakes are made, so I elected to re-schedule for another day. On my second attempt I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time and finally walked out without seeing the doctor. Tennessee Heart & Vascular Institute gives the impression of being more concerned about how many insurance claims can be filed per day than giving quality care to their patients. My heart is important to me, so I will be seeing another cardiologist, but it will not be Dr. Paul Kudelko and the Tennessee Heart & Vascular Institute.

I have been going to Dr. Russo for 14 years. I was in pretty bad shape when I started seeing him. He took the time to figure out what the best course of action for my situation. I am 100 times better and truly believe that he has kept me alive and well these last 14 years. I am very grateful for all he has done for me! Also his staff is the best! They will help with whatever you need! I would highly recommend Dr. Russo to anyone that wants a doctor that cares about his patients!

This is an excellent medical group. I truly believe that Dr. Callister has improved my standard of living after giving up on a prior cardiologist and possibly has saved my life. He has taken a hands on approach that my prior cardiologist did not. He is very easy to talk with and takes the time to listen to his patients concerns. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Callister. I have also seen Dr. Lee who also a good doctor who will also take time to explain your questions or concerns,

Was called the day before and asked to move my appointment to 30 minutes earlier. I agree. However when I got there I had to wait an hour to be taken back and that was just to get my vitals and was then placed back in the waiting room for another 30 min. Over One hour and thirty minutes before getting in a room is unexceptable!! No word from any staff to let me know the status of anything throughout the whole time.

have been a patient for about seven years they have taken very good care of my wife and i and have addressed our problems accurately and resolved serious issues. all their staff and doctors are the best and truly care , you can feel that, we have DrTracy Callister they dont come any better we love this guy .

I would recommend Tennessee Heart and Vascular. Dr. Callister makes sure to take his time and answer all your questions. He is good at explaining your test results and conditions and works with you to follow the best option for your care.
