Perhaps the toughest part of writing a genuine review of Dr. Keren Holmes, MD,, my personal physician for some four years now, is where to begin and how to keep it brief. Dr. Holmes is, by all accounts,very special, with her confluence of critical-skills and their particular applications. I have found her to be acutely professional, thorough; direct; ever-precise and uncompromising in her typically accurate in her medical evaluations; an astute professional in her demanding field, one who always appears to be "on top of her game", too. But theres more: Any true leader can...and ought to be...judged by the people with whom they surround themselves. To that end, the entire medical-team under the direction of Dr.Holmes is without equal, to my way of thinking; and that would include the P.As, nurses, medical assistants and office personnel, too; each and all a true reflection of her caring professionalism.

Dr. Brust has been our family physician since 1999. My first impression of him was that he was very compassionate. My impression of him has not changed since day one. Dr. Brust provides excellent patient care. He never makes us feel rushed and takes note of all of our concerns, no matter how small they are. He is always prompt on getting back with me regarding labs. For many years he would call me with results after hours and on weekends. It is very easy to get an appointment with Dr. Brust and if we develop any problems outside our routine visits he and his staff always works us in. Of all the doctors I have had in my lifetime, Dr. Brust has been the best. I would trust him with the care of any of my family members including my two granddaughters.

My doctor is. Dr. Bishop, hes the 4th doctor Ive been threw in this group starting with Dr Walstead who left the practice to move back home. Ive had some great doctors there at the group. But Ive come to see that Dr. Bishop is the kindest one Ive seen so far. He takes his time with you, listens to what you have to say and makes sure you have everything done right the way its to be done. Think hes a great caring doctor and listens to all you need to tell him. And finds out what needs to be done. I would refer him to anyone that needs a good Dr. With a caring staff.

Dr. Bishop needs to be more patient centered. His job is to do no harm. He rather just send his patient to ER or urgent center than waste his time trying to see if the situation warrants this decision. He got his nurse to speak with patient. He would not make the call himself to be sure. Patients need patience and support from their doctors. You are hurting families and making insurance skyrocket sending people to ER and urgent care when it is something that could be remedied in a simple office visit. The situation was resolved without the assistance of Dr. Bishop.

Dr. Brust has been my PCP for many years and I continue to come to him even though he is out of network on my insurance because he is kind, compassionate and understands my desire to be in control of my own healthcare. He gives wise advise but lets me make my own choices. I appreciate his knowledge and caring spirit. I do wish that he was able to spend more time but I understand that he has lots of patients to care for.

I have been with the Family Practice Associates for nearly 17 years. My doctor is Mathew Brust, really cant say enough about how great of a doctor he is. He make you fell very comfortable, has a good sense of humor, straight forward, but most of all very concern about the health of his patients. I can also say same about his staff. Ladies you are wonderful. But I still miss Alice.

He takes the time to explain your problems and makes you feel like you are his only patient. His entire staff feel like family to me. Dr. Brust was recommended to me by a friend. I have been a patient of Dr. Matthew L. Brust, M.D. for slightly over TEN years. He is a very hard working, diligent physician. He takes time to explain ones health condition, ones options and the need for various medications. Dr. Brust is a top flight guy in my opinion.

Dr. Holmes is a great doctor. He cares about you and your health. No extra test unless you need them and he checks your insurance before the test. He will take time to talk to you about any concerns. He has taken care of me for over thirty years.
