Worst experience ever! I went there twice. The first time I saw Dr. Motsenbocker who didnt listen to anything I had stated and asked the same question over and over that I just answered. He was in the office all of 5 minutes and didnt listen to my concerns. Next visit (last visit) I came in to see Dr. Motsenbocker (hoping that may be the last terrible visit was just an off day for him) and I was told (not my choice) that I would be seen by Dr. Steven Gardiner. I am not sure of the exact spelling of his name, but he is not a doctor. Steven Gardiner kept me waiting in the exam room for a very long time, while he was outside flirting with a blonde female sales rep. I eventually had to ask that they interrupt him, this seemed to really irritate him. When he finally came in to the exam room (irritated) I was taken aback by his appearance, he was disheveled, unshaven, unprofessional and rude. I have had migraines for 30 years, all the diagnosis I have received in the past by experts in their field were quickly dismissed by this Physicians Assistant, he began to tell me that I didnt have migraines and I didnt have the symptoms and a myriad other things from a doctors assistant who had never seen me before, never performed an exam, blood or urine work. My prescriptions recently came up for renewal and I am eligible for them to be renewed and the Doctors office has completely ignored the requests from my pharmacy.

I stopped going to this place months ago after I was switched to a PA-C with no notice or explanation. Dr Erik was amazing. I was prediabetic and Dr. Erik put me on a diet. In 3 months I lost 40lbs and my A1C was back in the normal range. Despite the fact that Im now the healthiest Ive ever been the PA kept telling me I had to take Metformin. Im not diabetic and even when I was I didnt take it. I guess the drug rep for Metformin gives him a good bonus or something. I got sick of getting unnecessary drugs pushed on me at every appointment so I found another PCP. Despite the fact that I canceled my last appointment I have been called by this practice for appointments I didnt make multiple times. I was even sent a bill for a missed appointment when I didnt schedule the appointment in the first place! This has been going on for MONTHS. As of yesterday I still get voicemails asking me about appointments. The office staff needs to get it together!!!!

I have been a pt. of his for about 20 yrs. I have always had respect for him, and his bed side manner. I never am concerned once I see my doctor. However, 3 times in a row, before seeing the Dr. I offered to pay for my visit and was told we would take care of it later. Now I have a delinquent bill for almost $200, no income, no benefits. Now I no longer have any refills for my diabetes, and cannot acquire any until I see the Dr. Cant see the Dr until I pay my bill. Cant get an answer regarding how long can I survive without medication. Not afraid of meeting my maker, just hate having my drugs denied like blackmail or being held hostage, just doesnt seem like my doctor. Seems more like the office personnel. I could be dying and I cannot believe that my Dr would allow it. Merry Christmas to all!

I was well served for 2 years by Dr. Head for routine exams and basic care. In the most previous 2 years his attentiveness has seriously slacked. His staff gives contradictory information. I certainly cannot recommend him anymore.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Head for 6 years now and have been consistently impressed with his level of service. He takes time with you and is never rushed. I highly recommend this doctor.
