My mom was Dr.Banach first patient in his office after leaving Primed,I tracked him down that was 13 years ago,my mom had Parkinson Disease and only saw Dr.Banach for General Medicine, he always said that he hoped to never grow so big that he couldnt spend the quality time with his patients, when my mom passed away Dr.Banach actually called me introducing himself as Daniel and expressing his sympathy,Id definitely say if the staff is ugly complain to him,Im currently trying to get into see him being my insurance will now pay his practice.

My wife has been going to Dr. Banach for several years now....the staff has been progressively more rude. I know they work hard and at times their jobs can be very demanding. Having said that, lots of jobs are demanding and maybe healthcare is not for you if you have trouble dealing with the day-to-day problems patients will encounter. My wife is kind natured person so when she is to the point she wants to change physicians......theres a problem.

I called to ask if they were taking new patients. After being hung up on twice and being put on hold without warning Im going to have to recommend going anywhere but here. While the girl I talked to, Megan I believe it was did apologise for hanging up on me the first time. After being put on hold mid sentence and hung up on again I gave up.
