My son has been coming to this location for 9 years now. Since having my daughter and moving back to Brownsburg, I tried switching to this doctors office and it has been nothing short of a nightmare; from waiting on hold for 25 minutes (and then eventually giving up and leaving a voicemail) to the rude receptionist; I am very hesitant to even take my daughter here. Dr. Cooper is absolutely amazing, so I am completely torn. Customer service is clearly lacking at this location.

My wife and I are looking for a new doctor since we recently moved to Hendricks County. I tried to call the office to set up a meeting to meet Dr. Cooper. I placed the call at 1:20 PM on a Monday. I received the automated answering service and was placed on hold for 7 minutes without ever getting to speak with a live person. I hung up the phone since this is not the type of care we are looking for!!!

Dr. Cooper is awesome! Very smart and knows what hes talking about. I would trust him with my life! He is always energetic and in a good mood. His nurses are awesome too!
