There rude they dont want you to see the dr unless u pay on your bill Im on a fix income and dont have enough to pay on it ,Ive got Wageworks and its suppose to pay office visit which it does but they claim they dont know how to use it. I need to see the dr but dont have the money to pay on it I pay my bills if I have money left but I dont have the money at the time. They just want to be rude . I thought when you have to see the dr they would see you in matter if you got the money or not to pay what you owe . They need to change cause theres alot of people who are on a fix income. They are plain rude .

This is a VERY busy practice so the personnel often seem rushed and the waiting rooms is often quite full. Dr. Adams does teach/mentor medical students but he is not a faculty member of a teaching hospital. He doesnt do research so one has to wonder if he is always up-to-date on the most current knowledge in the field. However, the staff seem to be competent and are helpful.

12 years ago Dr. Adams saved my wifes life. At the time when good old Vanderbilt said my wifes chest pain were all in her head. B.S. Dr. Adams sent my wife to Louisville where she had open heart surgery at 20 years old. All I can say is thank you Dr. Adams if you took wellcare I would come back to you. Was a great Doctor in 2005 and not an arrogant p.o.s.

Almost everyone there is rude or incompetent. The doctors refuse to explain lab work and do not seem concerned at all. I have been having severe stomach issues and they just seem to think its and i quote "the freshmen 20". I would not go there if I was dying. Take me to the vet instead.
