Edith answered phone 7/3/14. Completely rushed and rude. No appts ever. Has to know whats wrong in order to help. Really ? Amer health needs to monitor its employee customer service. Always been bad. If u dont like people, dont have a customer service job. Must be something wrong in mgmt here. Too bad. The docs are good. You guys are busy bc of quality docs in spite of horrific people skills. Dont take frustrations of ur work out on ur clients. They pay ur salary. If u dont like dealing with this level of clients then do something else. U need to change. Not us
