Highly unprofessional and grumpy. Will not answer questions. Will not explain results. Will not even explain why he is conducting this or that test. Shady practices. Billing coordinators are not fully trained to answer billing questions. They pass the phone to the doctor who only wants to talk but if interrupted for an explanation only repeats himself over and over again without addressing the question. Do your health a favour and for your own peace of mind go to a legitimate doctor. I am surprised how hes not been hit with a lawsuit yet.
