Very satisfied with my Dr. The rest of the place sucks. I am having to seek a new Dr. elsewhere, because of the extremely poor office and customer service. I have complained for months about their website not working, and still I cannot order a refill online or message Dr. I was treated extremely rudely by an office staff member on the phone. I spoke with the office manager, and she told me my concerns, including the website, would be addressed, but that was just empty lies. Since I am forced to call and leave a message to order refills (where the opportunity for errors increases), I am horrified to learn that I can only leave the message during regular business hours. ??? What the hell kind of customer service is this? As I said, Im looking for a new Dr. who works in an office where the patient is the top priority, not the convenience of the people working there. Oh, and there is no covered portico at either entrance, so you have to load and unload in the hot sun.

The entire staff seems great. Every time I go, everyone treats me nicely and seems concerned about any questions I have regarding my health or insurance. I personally see Dr. Hartman every few months and he always expresses sincere interest in my concerns or questions. Even the little things, hell take time to explain. Its important for me to have a doctor that doesnt make me feel rushed or glosses over his decisions for my health. Dr. Hartman and his staff are patient and focused on making sure I leave feeling good about my visit. If youre looking for a new local clinic like I was, checkout Brentwood East.

After retiring I began searching for providers near my home. I found this office and made an appointment to get to know the doctors and staff. I was seen by Dr. Hartman and was impressed with his friendliness, skill and conservative approach. I recommend him without reservation. Ive watched for a couple of years as the staff has grown. They are friendly and helpful and greet you with a smile, even on the busiest of days. Update 2017. My spouse is now a patient and was initially hesitant because she preferred a female physician. Shes has confidence in Dr. Hartman and would recommend him to anyone.

Doctor Daniel Hartman is the 1 of the best family doctors that I have ever had! I credit him for saving my life! On my annual physical he compared the blood work from the prior year, & took a close look & noticed something was off! He had further testing completed, & referred me immediately to a hematologist/oncologist, who diagnosed me with Multiple Myeloma. While not what I wanted to hear, Dr. Hartmans close attention to detail helped catch my cancer in its earlier stage, allowing me to get immediate treatment. We love him as our family doctor, & highly recommend him!

The clinic is clean and has an excellent color scheme, the staff are friendly but not in the Southern way that takes forever to help you. They seem genuinely happy to see you, and quickly and efficiently help in every way needed. I booked online for this past visit, and it was so easy. It took me about three minutes to look up Dr. Hartman and click on the day and time I wanted. Dr. Hartman is an excellent physician. He ties together honesty, compassion, and professionalism in a seamless fashion. I recommend this office and this physician to anyone looking for a PCP!

Brentwood East Family Medicine is a great place for healthcare needs. Dr. Steven Johnson is a great doctor. He takes time and listens to his patients, is very compassionate and is just a phone call or email away to getting in touch with someone at the office. With customer service not up to par as it used to be the staff at Brentwood East Family Medicine are very courteous and attentive to patients who walk in, from the reception entrance to the nurses in the back, making you feel at ease and that you are important to them. Keep up the great work!

I have been to Dr. after Dr. to find a Dr. who actually listens to me and doesnt make me feel rushed. I finally found Dr. Ducey and I thank God I did. He is AMAZING! He actually cares about you and listens to you and wants the best for all of his patients. Im so happy I found him. If you are in need of a Dr. who will actually listen to you and genuinely wants to help you then Dr. Ducey is the Dr. for you! Also wait times are basically non existent and its easy to make appointments. I highly recommend Brentwood East Family Medicine and Dr. Ducey!

I love this company very much. The staff is so friendly and courteous. The waiting room is so neat and clean. They have a television to watch and a coffee maker that makes one cup of coffee at a time, which is very convenient. My doctor, Steven Johnson is very informative, personable and kind. Dr. Johnson has been my doctor for nearly 20 years now and I have never had a bad experience with him. If you are looking for a great family doctor, Dr. Johnson is your man. I made an appointment two weeks ago. I went in today at the appointed time. Im a teacher so I took the day off from work because Im also a new patient. Upon checking in both receptionists told me that I was not on the books. The one said, "I just saw your name. You appointment is tomorrow." However, I had a voice message on my phone from the facility confirming my appointment for today. I played the message and left. Why should I trust them with my health if they could not trust them with my appointment.

Dr. Ducey was the doctor on call on a Saturday when I began having issues. Worked me into his schedule on that day, saw me immediately, offered advice. Over the weekend, the symptoms developed into a case of shingles and he again worked me in on Monday morning. Thorough explanations of what to expect, involved me in prescribing medicines. His support staff was quick and courteous. Very pleased with the professionalism of all concerned.

Dr. Daniel Hartman with Brentwood East Family Medicine is a fantastic medical provider. He is very knowledgeable in even rare conditions. I have a chronic rare disease and need treatment frequently. His staff always gets me in promptly and they are kind and concerned whenever I have to come in. He always remembers what is going on with me and I appreciate the concern every time I see him. A great physician and a great family practice.

Dr. Katie provides warm, thorough exams and shares her medical guidance and insight into the issue at hand. The facility is modern, clean and very professional. However, the staff are even better! My family has seen NP Gabby Lee for 2+ years, and she is a total professional. She listens, and explains things very clearly, and never appears to be rushed. If she says she is going to do something (write a referral, call in a prescription, call me back, etc), she ALWAYS follows through. Best medical practice Ive ever dealt with!
