First of all I would not recommend anyone go here. My first visit Dr. Allred seemed very distant and not really into figuring out what my arch pain problem was. Ive had a lot of foot and IT band issues lately. They only treated by giving me an "Air Cast", instead of diving deeper into what my problem was which i figured out later by myself was my work shoes had severely worn out. Which when I got my bill they completely over charged for. Its a 37 dollar item at a drug store or amazon. Instead they billed me for $100!!! dollars. This is simply irresponsible and would consider being ripped off. Further more when I called to speak to the Billing manager "Dawna" she was very rude, argumentative, and combative. I felt like she had her mind made up before she even spoke to me. She had not a bit of customer service in her. Why would you let someone like this talk to your customers. If this office was truly concerned with helping their patients and not overcharging they would suggest to their patients to purchase the braces at a drug store or online retailer. Especial since they are in the business of providing a service and not a product.

I have been Telling Everyone How Great this Practice Is I took my high school daughter to see Dr. Knox. You can tell by the family pictures that these guys are very family oriented. I must say their treatment of my daughter was amazing. She had a foot injury and had some fears. The nurse that took us back was wonderful. Dr. Knox was very positive and upbeat when treating my daughter and talking to us about her foot. We saw Dr. Neuhaus in the hall as we were leaving, and he took the time to introduce himself as well. Everyone we came into contact with seemed happy to be there.

My husband was referred to Dr. Neuhaus office for his ruptured achilles tendon. We got in to see Dr. Knox on the day we called and the next day my husband had surgery. Dr. Knox was going out of town the following day, but he took the time to call my husband both the morning after his surgery and that evening too. He gave us his number if we had any questions while he was out. The office staff and Dr. Knox are exceptional. I have told everyone I know how great this office is.

This was my first time to the foot doctor. I was extremely nervous not knowing what to expect for my plantar facititus. However what an experience. ALL of the staff was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Dr Knox was beyond great and explained everything on how to make your treatment best and remedies to make it better. Have a 2 week follow up in a few days, and I look forward to seeing all the smiling welcoming faces of the staff at Neuhaus Foot and Ankle.

Love this Office! Doctor & Staff! I have been going to Dr Neuhaus for about 3 years now. For different foot and ankle disorders. I totally trust his judgement and expertise. Even though some of the procedures have not been totally pain free...hey, what is? I still would not go anywhere else. I have referred friends and family and they have been extremely happy with Dr Neuhaus as well. Nowhere else for me!

I just have to say what a wonderful experience I have had each and every time I have been to see the doctors in this practice. Several of my family members have been treated here and each time I am pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the Billing Department are wonderful. I recommend them to anyone who will listen!

I first started seeing Dr. Neuhaus in July, 2011. So far, he has been treating my Plantar fasciitis and also a toenail fungus. I recently received laser treatment for the toenail, and will go back for follow up in 3 months to see if this clears up the condition. Dr. Neuhaus is very caring and willing to find the right solution for every patients problems.

Melinda: I went in for a simple ingrown toenail removal and almost passed out from the procedure in the office, the staff were very caring and got me some water and had me lie down. I was very impressed with how kind Dr. Knox was, he has a wonderful way with the patience and talked me through the entire procedure!

I had a wonderful experience at Neuhaus Foot & Ankle. I saw Dr. Knox and he is very attentive and knowledgeable. I drove from Knoxville to see him for my chronic plantar fascitis. I had about 50-75% improvement with 6 visits. I highly recommend this group.
