Inept nurse practitioner and office staff/manager. The nurse practicioner totally and completely skipped over my entire reason for making an appointment. She became sidetracked with something else, which was great she paid attention to it but totally forgot about the main reason I went. I didnt realize the ultrasound she ordered was only for my leg when I left because they faxed it over. It took calling three times and finally going back into the office and arguing with the office manager and finally getting an appointment with the actual doctor to get it right! A month later...its a tumor! Surgery is a must. If it turns out to be cancer and I had to wait an extra month for treatment because of this...!

If i could give 0 stars i would. He and his staff are very unprofessional. I had to reschedule my appt 3 different times. I then take off work the 3rd time to get to my appt to be told there has been another scheduling conflict and he has to leave. This would be my first time see him being that I was trying to find a primary. He then decided to argue with me after hearing asking a staff member if this happens often. How can I have you as my primary or even know that I would want you as my primary if i have yet to see you? What Drs argue with patients anyway? Very unprofessional. I just left him arguing amongst himself.

I went to Dr Bawa and Associates today for the first time and saw Elizabeth and I should say she is wonderful she made my visit very welcoming and she put a smile on my face everyone there was nice and plesent and I look forward to my next appointment.
