Dr. Ettien is great, but this front-desk staff is the least professional secretarial staff Ive encountered in my life. Disinterested in problem-solving. Rude. Incompetent. Amateurish. Negligent. And borderline unethical (I tried giving them an insurance collections number to call for expediting payment, and they hung-up on me. Twice.). Unprofessional to the tenth power. Southern manners come to Southern Hills to die. This is my first ever online review of anything. These ladies made me do it. Unbelievable. UPDATE: still dealing with this issue 18 months after the initial surgury, but upgraded the overall grade to three stars today solely because of Felicia. She deserves five stars and six hugs. Committed to resolving my so far unsolvable issue. Others ignored, dismissed, and half-assed, but Felicia does her job. Legit superstar.

Dr. Ettien and his nurse Wendy were great - this is the 2nd time I have been there and both times they were very friendly and caring and took time to explain things to me and show me the scans. I would recommend Dr. Ettien to any one. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Ettien - His office staff was very compassionate and caring when she noticed I was coughing hard. Dr. Ettiens nurses are so sweet and helpful - not the typical just professional but they really seemed to care. Dr. Ettien is super - I dont think any one would go wrong if you go to this doctor. He will take his time with you.

I had a tumor removed from my lower back on Friday . The surgery went smoothly and staff was good. The problem came when I called for some pain medication on Monday and was treated like a drug addict looking for pills when I have a four inch long hole cut in my back. I am aware this is a problem in our state its just not my problem! So now I will lay on my couch in pain for the next few days! I will choose another surgeon as it seems this fellow must have issues with the state!

my husband ended up having Dr Krueger as his surgeon and let me just tell you, this man is the best doctor i have ever had the experience of dealing with. hes hilarious, helpful, smart, and SUCH an amazing surgeon. He helped my husband every step of the way with his skin graft and we were actually really sad when we had to continue our care through another Dr. when my husbands arm was healed. I really recommend this office of surgeons.

Dr Krueger is the best surgeon and doctor that I have ever met. I feel it was a miracle that he ended up as my surgeon. He has gone far and above what I expected and he is a sincerely caring person. I am thankful for him and his nurses that have been extremely kind and helpful to me also. I would recommend him 100% to anyone needing surgery.

Dr Jeff Seebach is and excellent surgeon. I saw him on a Thursday afternoon and had my gallbladder out on Friday morning. The appointment and surgery were a breeze. He has great bedside manner and explains thing thoroughly. I would highly recommend him. The office staff were great too.

The staff was pleasant and professional, including a follow up call to make sure I understood my pre-surgery instructions. Dr. Ettien was reassuring and thorough, with a good bedside manner. I look forward to having the procedure done, and it was something I was dreading.

Dr. Mark Shelton in the vascular department, did a left leg below the knee amputation explain everything prior to surgery and after surgery! And Im grateful for him and his staff, they put me at ease and their positive Energy is contagious.
