I had an extremely horrible experience with Dr. Brown It is unacceptable. I came in with slight left shoulder pain (I really just came to treat myself out, wasnt anything I had to do). AFTER 2 VISITS, the SHOULDER PAIN got worse, the pain intensified and had extremely difficult time sleeping (SHARP PAIN). I have to find another chiropractor or healer... I used to live in Lexington, and I had a great chiropractor who spent at least 30-45 minutes per visit accessing my needs, using monitors to scan my spine and bones, massaging, etc. I dont have any major injury so i went here every month. 1st visit - I walk in and the Doctor introduces himself acting so exited to see me that I thought we would share a high five... (NOT PROFESSIONAL). I take time to fill out my profile etc. The whole appointment was less than 15 minutes long. The way he touched my tender spots made me cringe. He says "does this hurt?" I tell him it hurts a lot and its not comfortable. He then continues to poke very hard at tender spots and its obvious that Im in pain, I was not used to this in my other visits to chiropractors. His technique to align hips/joints is very forceful and its surprising how hard and forceful he jerks your body even when it doesnt crack. Very alarming and scary (Again Ive been to other chiropractors, technique was lacking here). 2nd visit -- Again with the very exited, very best friend entrance. The whole appointment lasted literally 3 minutes. He aligned me quickly and stated that Im good to go. I said really, you checked everything? He stated thats correct. I asked him what about my shoulder? He said oh he forget, and told me to remind him next time. ***I took time filling out my profile, I was shocked that he didnt even pull up my information, he just winged it, TERRIBLE." Horrible experience, I would never recommend this guy to anyone else.

I have been receiving chiropractic care for over 30 years and Dr. Brown is by far the best chiropractor I have been treated by. I enjoy the variety of techniques he uses to achieve the treatment goal as well as his gentle touch that always successfully gets an adjustment. Dr. Brown always takes his time and I never feel rushed at my appointments. I am amazed that he always asks about my children, husband and remembers what is going on in our lives. I will continue to attend Crestwood Chiropractic and I regularly recommend Dr. Brown to all friends and family members in need of pain relief or any type of back/ neck injury treatment. Dr. Brown is the best!

Dr. Brown is very efficient in his methods. I always feel taller when I leave my weekly appointment. The thing I love the most about this office is how easy it is to get in and out. Each visit only lasts a few minutes and I can get home to my family. Another place I used to go I had to spend over 30 minutes there and had the same result. Both places had me feeling awesome but I really like the efficiency here.

My experience at Dr. Browns office was very welcoming. I was nervous about the entire chiropractic method of healing but the office put my nerves at ease. I would highly recommend my friends and family to his office. I now feel like Im a part of the Crestwood Chiropractic family yet still get the professional knowledge and care any doctors office gives.
