Bluegrass Internal Medicine refused to accept a new patient on April 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.on the basis that the prospective patient did not have a medical insurance contract in place but instead wished to pay without insurance coverage. No inquiry was made by Bluegrass into the prospective patients ability to pay. The fact of no insurance coverage was the sole basis for the refusal. You may wish to consider receiving medical services elsewhere. No opinion is expressed as to the quality of medical services refused to be rendered and you should disregard any opinion to the contrary. Thank you.

As far as Dr. Shrestha herself I cant say enough good things , considerate, very caring DR who takes time to listen to patients. On the other hand the front desk staff one certain Gina. Very unprofessional if my boss heard me talk to patients like that her have my neck. As I sit here allive heard her do is huff and huff when the phone rings and sigh when she has toanswer the phone. I feel so extremely sorry for the little easy just asking a question and getting rudeness. Just doesnt look good when you show rudeness.
