I just phoned Dr. Clarence Scott Keys office, who Ive been a patient of my entire life. My entire family see him as well. My Dental Insurance changed and I asked if they accepted it and the receptionist (whose woeked there forever didnt realize I was already a patient) was rude and rold me I needed to call my network myself and find out. I was just calling because I thought she might know. I couldnt believe how rude she was, and can now understand comments Ive seen from potential new patients. I called my provider and now have an appointment with Mortensons Dental who were very polite and courteous not tomention professional. I was a patient of Dr. Key for over 25 years!

I have been a patient there for more than 15 years and they are great. The ladies are warm and friendly and the doctor is very professional and extrememly fast. I think "joslin" must have this dentist confused with another one.

I havent been there. I just called and the secretary was very abrasive, rude, and impolite. She had an attitude on the phone and she hung up before I finish talking.
