Excellent office, staff, and care. I have been looking for a new dentist in the area and have been given appointments further than six months out at other locations. The first time I called Freeman, they slotted me in for the following morning where someone had cancelled their appointment. The receptionist was very outgoing and polite and helped me hunt down the details to my insurance company since my wife had hijacked my card. The hygienist was extremely caring and walked through everything that she was doing, detailing out the differences between my x-rays and issues I had already noticed. The doctor was young, polite, and did a great job. Looks like I have found my new local dentist! I strongly recommend Freeman Dental to anyone searching.

Went to have my wisdom teeth extracted and it was a terrible experience. The receptionist asked me if I wanted to pay extra for Nitrous (Laughing Gas), but I never got it. Neither the dentist or hygienist explained anything about the procedure to me, and it was a very uncomfortable experience (all the while I was waiting for the nitrous!). The hygienist went over the after-care instructions AFTER I had my teeth removed so my entire mouth and tongue were numb and my mouth was filled with gauze. Of course I had questions about the instructions, but I couldnt ask them. The entire experience felt impersonal

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I currently have two teeth that need to come out DESPERATELY, and I have poor insurance. Im in complete AGONY, and the receptionist tells me they have a waiting list with over 300 people on it, . . .when I start to cry, and ask what do you do for emergency dental issues in the area, she BULIGERENTLY yelled at me "THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE WITH A TOOTHACHE, YOURE NOT THE ONLY ONE." I never implied that I was, I was simply trying to find some help. So their customer service Sucks!

Had a crown come off. My dentist was closed so I went to Freeman. Asked if they could simply put my crown back on. offered to stay until whenever to not be a problem. The lady at the front desk refused to be of any help at all. Such a shame our health care doesnt really care. will definitely Stearns other people clear of this uncaring dental office.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are so very kind! I always feel welcomed and they always make sure Im comfortable! Dr. Freeman is doing Invisalign on my smile, though my treatment with Invisalign isnt complete, Dr. Freeman has already made me feel more confident than Ive been in years!!! I highly recommend Freeman Dental to anyone, young or old!!

All of my experiences have been good with this office. The dental assistants and hygienist go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and understand what the procedure will be like. They talk you through every step to help ease your mind and calm your nerves. I would definitely recommend this office.

Im very unhappy! It took 2 hrs just to cut my wisdom tooth out(lobby time not included) then I was sent home with no pain medicine. I had 2 stitches. The Dr KNOWS how much pain I am in but it looks as though NOT A SOUL from the office cares. This is sad. Sad indeed.

Best Dental office I have ever been to! They explained everything to me in detail and helped me understand my treatment fully! Dr. Freeman was very gentle and calmed all my fears! Highly recommend!
