Nothings worse than a customer service rep degrading you. My son had a 330 Drs appt today. We were there at 5 mins till his appt began. Which means we were on time. I asked how long would it be, because I had to be to work at 5. She said your son has 3 patients in front of him. I said ok, I will try to wait. First time at 4, I went back up to the front and asked, as a courtesy, can yall just schedule him for Monday first thing. She said let me ask the nurse, and she goes to the back. She comes back up and says no, the only appts she has is for sameday patients. Which is for the sick and emergencies. Now its like about 405. Second time at 420, Noah still had not been called back. At least 4 patients had gone to the back. So I said that I could no longer wait, I had to go to work. So we leave. Not even 20 mins later I called back up to the Drs office and asked to speak to the nurse. I was placed on hold for 5 mins and the another chick gets back on the line and says that the nurse and the Dr was no longer in the building. Now we had just left, so does that mean they were gone while we were still waiting? So, she says I can get the office manager for you to see what he can do. I said ok, and then I get hung up on. So, I call back, and I have to explain all over again what happened. This one, ( a different csp) says well yes they left. So I asked, dont you have a way to get in touch with the nurse and the Dr in case of an emergency? She says no, but that she could send a message through email. As Im talking to her, I can hear the first one say, "she (meaning me) didnt wait." The one I was talking to quickly puts me on hold so that I dont hear what is being said. Needless to say, my son didnt get seen today, probably wont get seen on Monday, which means I now have to take off from work another day on the fifteenth. Does anybody know of a really decent pediatrician. I hate to go to someone else, because this one has been seeing my son since he was 5. This was the worst experience that I have had. in the 8 years that I have been going I have never been treated so badly.

I had a bad experience last week at this place. I notified the front desk around 12:16pm that my child grandmother was bringing her to her appointment and that my child was sick with a cold. Now, my child appointment was 1:15pm. The front desk rep named jenny told me that she was going to add it to my baby chart just in case the grandmother had forgot. Grandmother brought my child in her appointment, later called me at work to tell me that the nurse didnt know of my baby being sick. So, I asked to speak with the nurse stating what took place over the phone with Jenny in the office at 12:16pm. The nurse fussing at me trying to tell me what I didnt do and I didnt call. (unprofessional, my child is a patient there.) So at this moment, of us going back and forth on phone, I pick up my cell phone and call the office. Jenny picks up while im on my work phone with the nurse. Jenny confirms our conversation at 12:16pm. Jenny explains it was in the notes and shell go let the nurse know. So, who fault was it??????? Needless to say, my baby appt was at 1:15pm didnt get her shots until two hours later. sad. While she was going back and forth with me fussing, she couldve been taking care of my child. Luckily, I wasnt there. After all, I love my child doctor. Wait time is horrible.

Waited over a hour still waiting in the lobby called everyone else back changing ped ASAP! and calling the customer satisfaction line and telling them how poor it is here!
