Very nice office, and I thought the staff was fairly nice. After getting settled, someone who didnt even identify herself came up to me with a 35mm camera and wanted to get some pictures. I have a fake front tooth, and know my smile is not perfect, so I declined. Dr. Jeansonne himself then came over and began the exam. He has a condescending manner and after a quick look apologized for his profession because he felt I had received poor care in the past. After reviewing the xrays with repeated references to why he wished Id taken the pictures (Some pics were supposed to be on the inside of my mouth to illustrate?) he told me that the several of the fillings I have should be replaced because they were old, and several of my teeth needed crowns. Second opinion from another dentist disagreed. I think that their M.O. is to scare you into thinking things are worse than they are, and offer you a treatment plan that is very expensive and requires multiple visits to drag it out for the insurance payout. And if you go expect him to tell you you grind your teeth and need nightguard as well. Definitely a salesman with a refined act, but if you get a big time estimate from him Id get a second opinion.

Went to Dr. Jeansonne for 5 years when I had Insurance. Assumed that the high prices and older clientel meant better quality of work. Stopped going last year, when a 2yr. old $2000+ crown fell off and they still wanted to charge me to put it back on, and he acted like it was my fault. Since then 4 more fillings have fallen out... Now I have to go to another dentist, without insurance, to fix his poor quality work.

Ive been with Dr. Jeansonne for three years or so and Ive always been very comfortable there. I think he as very good communication skills and hes very open about his practice. I liked the professionalism of him and his staff. Ive worked with 2 or 3 of the hygienists and have been happy with all of them. Ive been happy with all my interactions with the entire practice.

Dr. Jeansonne is the best dentist Ive ever been to. He is head and shoulders above most dentists. There have been a few procedures that he is done for me right in the office when my old dentist would have had to send to someone else. Its not only his superior ability that I like about him though, he is also so friendly and upbeat. I never dread a visit to his office.
