Very nice facility and professional Doctors. Great with kids. Filling work on my 3 year old was done fast and smooth! Do doubt about their skills both with teeth and kids! However. Personally, for me, office is just too busy. Waiting time to see the dr. was bit long. Dr. Amy was great and very professional, but i felt intimidated asking questions for some reason. That same day, i called for th x-ray copy sent to my email, and they sent me record release form, which I signed and sent back right away. I didnt hear back from them after that, so i called next morning, to be told it normally takes 7-10 business days, and when i pressed for the answer a little bit, i was told that they are too busy for this request, so earliest was next monday that they could reply to my email. Like I said, they are just too busy, and scheduling for the appointment takes less days (i called on monday, and was able to schedule for an appointment on Thursday, so 3 days out) than providing the medical record copy, which I think isnt really a great service. This is totally my personal opinion, though, for whoever cares.

As much as I would like to say I was impressed with this office, I found it to be very disheartening when they told me my child had 3 cavities on her baby teeth, that would cost upwards of $500 to fill. After reading several online posts about pediatric patients dying while having dental work done, I decided I would get a second opinion. After taking her to another dentist, who took the time to show me, she not only didnt have 3 cavities, the 1 cavity she did have was no where near the teeth they suggested and it was on a loose baby tooth that he recommended paying close attention to with brushing until it fell out. Wondering what they would have filled, other than their pockets. My suggestion would be to make sure you can trust your dentist, because they can tell you just about anything.

Very Impresses My youngest son was born with teeth that we unfortunately had to have removed. We had no idea what to do and are very protective of our babies so we wend to a couple of pediatric dentists. Everyone here was so nice and professional so we knew that our son would be in good hands. They actually removed the two teeth and did not even charge us since he was their youngest patient (2 weeks at the time). He is now 2 and we continue to go here. He does not trust many people particularly when it comes to his mouth but he likes everyone there and has not had any problems with them doing their check ups. We have been very happy there so far. We also have an 8yo that loves it there as well, but he has been fairly easy. I would recommend this place to those looking for a pediatric dentist.

I think they are more interested in getting home at the end of the day rather doing the proper cleaning . I had six month appointments for my two boys which I believe were the last appointments of the day. After my first son had he cleaning I thought it was very fast . So when my second son had his cleaning I decided to time it . It took less than a minute to complete the cleaning I think it is impossible to do a proper cleaning it that amount of time. Then when my wife talked to someone at the office they were saying it is probably fine We do not agree. The bottom line is they are more interested in volume rather than quality .

I cannot recommend this place more highly!!! Ive taken my son there a couple of times (with all great experiences) and then took my daughter (2 years old) for her first visit this am. The hygienist (Nicki) was FABULOUS with her! She took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, was playful, creative, patient, and just so good at what she does! The dentist was also great! She was the same way with the kids and wanted to ensure they left with a positive memory of their experience while also being thorough! We are very happy with our choice to take our children here! Highly recommended

The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and kind to both the patients and parents. Our daughter does not cooperate very well in the chair but they were still very patient with her and never seemed frustrated. The only thing I wasnt crazy about was how they didnt bill or do payment plans, it is all expected up front. We prepaid for my daughters surgery and anesthesia but ended up having to pay an extra $500 on the day of treatment for extra work and we were not prepared for that at all. I guess we know for next time now.

I have little experience with pediatric dentistry but I heard many good things about this one. My daughter (age 3) loved it, until they wanted to lay her down and look in her mouth. They had lots of clever tricks to get her to comply but she unfortunately wouldnt fall for any of them. She ended up having to go under anesthesia which was a little scary and very expensive. The doctor was very thurough with me and answered all my questions. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and their rooms are very kid friendly

Staff, assistants, and Dentist Dr. Lindsey Reed treated my 5 year old son and myself so well. They were able to treat my son despite his anxiety and fear of the dentist. The building is great, including movie screen and video games. My son got to wear sunglasses for the light in his eyes, and he could watch a movie above him while they worked on his teeth. At the end of his visit he got so many fun treats. I was very impressed and happy to have found the office. We will be back for sure!

Our 4 year old son needed pretty extensive work done and required anesthesia. Their process is very thorough with complete explanations and opportunities to ask questions. Each staff member was kind and patient with our son and took extra time to make sure he was staying calm & comfortable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with a child needing substantial dental work done! And it doesnt hurt that their waiting area is phenomenal!!

Not impressed as a whole. Hygienist not particularly good with children. I feel like they are focused on running a business and offer high pressure tactics to push parents on most expensive "treatment plan" Scheduling is very inflexible and dentist appeared super annoyed by my asking more than one question. They push the nitrous oxide treatment plan not because its whats best for my child but rather most convienent for the office staff.

This is foolproof dentistry. Weve gone to this practice since settling in Chesterfield in 2013. Each appointment is prompt, quick, and painless. The hygienists and dentists (weve seen all 3) are cheerful and take the time to explain and demonstrate whats happening to my curious 4-year-old. He loves the balloon and "prize" at the end of every visit. Im thankful for the thorough care and positive experience every time!

A wonderful pediatric dentist office. So professional, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. Also they are always so great with the kids and very efficient! 3-9-17 Coming back to comment that the wonderful service here continues. Ive probably taken my kids here over a dozen times over the last 2-3 years for check ups and fillings and seriously every visit has been above and beyond. They do an amazing job.
