Being a said patient at this clinic for over 10yrs, the service care have greatly declined. I loved the Dr. The clerks are very none caring. I had procedures schedules that were not followed up on. Calls made to clinic were not returned. Request for speaking to nurse practitioner were denied. Request for appeal in meds were not follow up. But your experience maybe different than mines. Recieve a very surprising call from a nurse at this clinic after writing the above review. She was a very attentive listener to my concerns. Said that she was sorry for my previous bad experience. It was never about the Dr himself, or the nurse, the clerk was just noncaring. After the nurse call me , it gave me a different view, it shows that this clinic does value its clients. I will be trying to set a new appt.

Wasnt interested in listening to my past . Just wanted to take me off of all my Meds Ive been on for 17 years. Im totally disable and have been by Social security standards for 18 years.
