My appointment was made in a timely manner for an eye exam and specifically a pair of glasses. I left my appointment without any glasses, but at least a single pair of contacts and was told I would I would be contacted in a week. A week and 3 days later, I called their office to see what was taking so long, and they told me they would order them at that time (?). Once again I asked about being seen/fitted for glasses. Finally after another week my contacts came in I was able to pick out a pair of glasses, and once again told I would be contacted in a week when they came in. TWO weeks later I finally called them and was told they were having trouble with the lab, but they should be soon. I went in two days later to get my glasses. Once the Dr "fit them to my face" they are now noticeably crooked and the arm doesnt even lay on my ears because of the 90 degree in the wrong position. Im admittedly not an optometrist, but when I questioned the man who was he seemed to not understand. I will be taking my glasses to another Dr to be adjusted. I dont expect the follow up call in a week.

After exam, they told me they would send my contacts. After a month and no contacts I called and they had forgotten. I called a month later and they said they had them but had forgotten to mail. So I went to pick them up. They tried to charge me again, but after review the paperwork they discovered I already paid. A few months later a contact ripped, I was not in town, and the replacement I had was empty when I opened the package. They refused to send the prescription to another center. I had to get a friend to pick up the contact so I could retrieve the contact after business hours that night. All while the lady on the phone was rude.

HORRIBLE!! Still waiting on contacts over a month later! Couldnt buy eye glasses at SAMs w insurance bc they still had my account in pending mode at there office, so I paid $500 cash for them. called dr seaman office next day regarding contact order and was informed that they forgot to place order! Im still waiting on him to call me back and tell me when I can pick up the prescription so I can order my contacts at Sams. HORRIBLE DONT GO TO HIM!! Frames are ugly too bc nothing updated! No contact samples to try! Hes pushy and doesnt listen to patient wants!

I havent had any trouble with my visits and I have been seeing Dr. Seaman for about 4 years now. Hes been doing this for a long time. Hes comfortable and knowledgeable with his equipment. As far as a receptionist forgetting to send in a prescription (from the reviews I have read) Im not going to hold that blame over the doctors head.

He is very thorough explaining everything to me in laymans term. Its took a little longer than expected but I guess the wait was all worth while. My lass I doctor did not take The time to hear all of my concerns like Dr. seaman did
