I was told my eye was a little red and couldnt have a complete exam. I was told that within the hour I would have an eye prescription at my local pharmacy. I was there within 2 hours to pick up my prescription the eye dr said it was an error on the pharmacy. I decided to give it a day came back the next day the eye dr and the pharmacy kept blaming each other. The next week I came in called the eye dr to make sure everything was good they called the pharmacy then called me back and explained everything was fine should be able to pick up my prescription. I proceeded that afternoon to waste an hour and half a prescription fee and a deductible later they had cancelled all my prescriptions and left me with no explanation. I finally received my medication and left a voicemail for an apology. I have received nothing not one apology or explanation just continuous blame on all parties. I did not mind the wait but a simple apology and maturity would have been going above and beyond. This was a complete waste of time I will NOT go back. Thank you for your attitude and terrible customer service.

I have to say I was bound to another Optometrist for Insurance purposes for many years. I recently changed insurance policies and finally had the option to go to another Dr. that was on my plan. I always felt when I left my former eye doctor that both my family and I have gone to for many years; that I got ripped off. I was very dissatisfied with the way they ran their business always charging me more and diagnosing me for something I did not need. Dr. Baker’s office changed my perception of an Optometrist. I finally received the truth explaining in detail what I actually needed for my eyes “no fluff” no dishonesty. Dr. Baker is now my families eye care physician, her office and friendly staff are honest and care about the patient not about the pocketbook. This was the best experience I have ever had with an Optometrist office and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Very Satisfied Patient

Dr. Bakers practice is awesome! Making my appointment with them was super easy and all the staff was incredibly friendly and sensitive to my concerns and questions. The exam itself was informative and went smoothly. Ive been in and out of different optometrists offices since I was a teenager and, in my experience, Dr. Baker ranks as the best! Im definitely returning to Dr. Bakers practice for my future exams and for my contacts. I highly recommend her practice for all of your optometry needs!

I didnt know I had vision insurance, but they looked around and discovered that I do in fact have it! And I never even asked them to look, they did it out of kindness. They had a quick and easy exam, and even helped me pick out my glasses.
