Minus, meaning LESS than "NO stars". Actually, this place deserves a "Black Hole" rating, both literally and figuratively for what they did to me. When you make the tragic mistake of that oh, so regrettable initial call, you get this deceptively caring, soothing-voiced woman who gently, but sternly demands you show up an hour early or you may NOT BE SEEN! Me and others who were in excruciating pain were lashed by a frigid wind outside the warm, comfortable lobby where fat, unsympathetic guards and receptionist coldly spied us as though we were cockroaches. Finally, at the last possible moment they begrudgingly let us in as though they were doing us some incalcaculable service. Then they stick you with other suffering strangers in an impersonal, drafty hallway with no clue as to how long youll be abandoned. After an hour or two, they finally line you up to sit in an inhumane, crowded waiting room where a snarky, preoccupied desk jockey takes your info while making you feel like an undeserving burden for even being there. The spoiled sadist-in-training I was consigned to mustve opted for this school since she was too old to get away with torturing her pets. They kept trying to subject me to excessive Xrays, thinking I was gullible enough to want repeated exposure to deadly radiation. They couldnt even operate the machine properly. I got precious little sympathy from anyone during my agony only because they didnt want to spook the rest of their victims. Yes, I do mean VICTIMS. This place gave me a genuine prisoner of war experience. The pain was excruciating and it was exponentially worse because it took FOREVER. It took me months to recuperate. I still dont feel right. I have other work that needs done, badly, but am putting it off due to this nightmare. Honestly, I thought Id NEVER get out of that chair. After this, they try to strongarm you into getting scheduled into a "PLAN" which is essentially meeting the needs of the school- to HELL with what YOU may actually NEED. Plus they make you PAY for this torment! If youd like to experience your very own descent into Hell, by all means GO HERE. There simply IS no overemphasizing just how completely traumatic this was. NEVER AGAIN! I think a wino with a set of pliers wouldve been more compassionate than these butchers. The overseers look like theyre about 90 years old and would rather be sipping gin on a golf course. Contempt, agony, condescension, pain, its all here. This may be the circle of hell Dante wrote of in the 14th century. You couldnt get me back in this chamber of horrors if I were a moldering corpse.

I hate going to the dentist. Im always scared of getting dental work done. However, the ladies that took care of me today made me feel very safe and comforted. Im so glad to have gone here. It did take a few hours to be seen but it was worth it for the cost and the urgency. Both the students and the doctors there were very compassionate and explained a lot to me. Before, the last dentist I went to told me I would have to get a root canal done and pay lots of money for that. The ladies who took care of me set me up with a game plan to help my mouth become more healthy that would cost me a fraction of the previous cost. I was suffering for weeks with this pain and finally I can sleep! Thank you guys so much for helping me and giving me hope that all hope is not lost on my mouth. This place is great for people who lack insurance like me. Word to the wise, if you do go here as an Urgent Care patient Id suggest being there at 5am no later then 6am, expect to be there for a few hours.

Im a fourth year student and will be graduating soon. Customer service here is slow. I think students and faculty generally care about patients and genuinely try to provide the best treatment possible. Because of all the rules and beauroceacy, theres lots of red tape and exclusions. Is so big (almost 300000patients and tons of staff with a high turnover rate)that communication is far from ideal. That being said, prices are cheap (about 40 to 60% private office fees) but you will be paying with wait times and multiple visits. Geoff

I have had a pretty good experience at the college as an 18 month patient I have had several cavities filled, extractions, scaling cleaning and am supposed to get a partial there soon. There is definitely some room for improvement within the structure of the program but I found both of the Drs that oversee my student to be very kind and highly experienced in expert dentistry. I have a severe sensitivity issue so I always need a gentle touch, they have accommodated my needs in every possible way thus far.

My experience was beyond bad. It was detrimental and I will have the rest of my life to regret having trusted my dental health to an "undergraduate program. All they do is "plan". I mean, they take about a year to plan on what they are going to plan so that one day, theyll think about planning on maybe doing some work in your mouth. Of course, by that time,you may not have any teeth left to worry about.

Best care me or my husband has ever received. They saved my tooth where any other dentist wouldnt have ever put the time and effort in. No problems after several years. Same with my husband after receiving four crowns in the FRONT. My parents are currently being treated there as well

The Maxillofacial Surgeons literally saved my life! I was diagnosed with oral cancer in 2012 and had my whole lower jaw replaced. I am now in the process of getting dentures made and returning back to a normal life.

Bad customer service! They treated me unfairly when they cancelled my appointment! Apparently if you reschedule too many times they will cancel your appointment and send you a letter in the mail.
