Laura Probert is remarkable. As a 64-year old fitness athlete and gym rat who "plays very hard," as Laura says, attending CrossFit 6 days/week with an additional weight lifting session, Im forever mis-aligning bones, muscles, etc. Her holistic approach and deep knowledge of many therapeutic approaches have corrected my mis-alignments, taught me why they happen, and how to avoid them. While no one wants to get hurt, a visit to Laura not only corrects a problem, it is a pleasure and an uplifting experience. She is a key member of my health and fitness coaching team.
