Rob is a genius. I came in able to see my feet, but unable to put on socks or tie my shoes. After five sessions, my arthritic hip is loose. Karate class is pain free. I can keep up with my lovely wife on walks - and Ive been set up with a program to keep it that way. Highly recommend Seneca and Rob.
