DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF EXTENSIVE THERAPY - ILL-EQUIPPED. 2 weeks after having hip surgery my son, a freshman at UMD began his PT at Pivot. With very little supervision he was sent to do exercises and left. Very little personal attention, no Stim, Ice, manipulation (All of which he received at home). After his 2nd visit he was in unusual pain in his hip, he told the therapist on his next visit and was told "Well, I dont know why that is..." Our surgeon told us to leave them at once. And we have.

I went to this facility because I wanted a place closer to home. I have gone for follow up to two issues, a ruptured disk and extensive foot surgery, a little over a year apart. Both times I had physical therapy for six weeks or more. Each of my therapists have been excellent. The staff is very observant and helpful without any hint of negativity. I would give the staff 5 stars. Because of space limits precluding use of parallel bars, I dont recommend it for anyone needing balance therapy.

Very mediocre service. The short redhaired physical therapist double booked and barely helped/payed me attention during my PT and was late to every appointment. He also neglected to read my PT prescription and then tried to lie and pretend that he did. Not to mention I learned nothing that I couldnt have figured out with a 5 minute google search.

Best PT place with amazing staff and physical therapists! I completely recommend their services. Their personal touch and attention to their clients specific needs are unparalleled. Theyre able to maintain a laid-back and completely professional atmosphere, which is no easy feat!
