Testimonial "After visiting many different doctors without finding relief from a chronic pain problem, I heard about Dr. Douglas Frye, MD. I was at the point of giving up and accepting my limitations when I made my first appointment with Dr. Frye. I decided to try just one more doctor, even though I had been to several doctors for the same problem without a good diagnosis or relief. Dr. Frye took the time to fully examine and diagnose my condition, and didn’t stop there. He set forth a treatment plan with his office and contacted other specialists when there was a need for additional testing. Unlike other doctors, Dr. Frye promptly requested results of all testing for his review and consideration, contacting me to discuss the results, and adjusted my treatment plan accordingly. The physical therapy department at the Center for Manual Medicine is the most impressive I have ever seen. They not only have all of the equipment they could possibly need, but Dr. Frye has assembled a team of Physical Therapists who are exceptional at their jobs. They were obviously very well trained, patient and thorough, making sure that I knew what exercises to do between appointments to help with the progress of healing. They are very good at fully explaining not only what exercises to do, but why I should do them, and how they help. That was more helpful for me than someone just saying to just do one exercise or another. I feel quite passionate about recommending Dr. Frye and his team of professionals for what they do, how they do it, and how patient they have been with me. 5 Stars does not even begin to express my experience at The Center for Manual Medicine. Everything from scheduling, nurses, and health services was top-notch. For almost a year, I was plagued with bicep tendinitis and constant pain. I had limited ability with my dominant arm with no signs of healing; even with months of rest and limited activity. All that changed when I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Frye. He quickly found the issue and recommended a PRP injection for treatment. The PRP injection went smoothly. You can tell Dr Frye is quite skilled with sonogram-guided injections. A few days after the injection, Dr. Frye called me personally to see how I was doing. I have never had a doctor personally call to follow-up before. After a couple months of rest and physical therapy, my arm was basically back to normal and could start returning to my full activities! I am still amazed at the skill of Dr. Frye and the effectiveness of the PRP injection.

Very disappointed. I am an unapologetic, appreciative believer in chiropractic care. I have had chiropractors who could analyze me by my gait before I had even sat down in their office. If there was a problem with trauma to my knee, they could effectively advise a doctor what muscles were of concern, what ligaments were involved, and not only what tests would confirm the problem, but details of the type of machine capabilities were required, and the angle and approach necessary to get a clear view of the problem. I gave two stars because this chiropractor at least said he did not know. But his exam was very superficial and not worth my time or money. I could have gotten just as much info as from a panhandler on the street, at a much cheaper price.

Went in for body pain and numbness.. Was given the basic physical therapy session of squat racks and tredmilk walking. So i was treated for the exact same symptoms as everyone else who walked through the door. I wouldnt recommened these people for anything but wasting time on a monday afternoon....oh i also have nerve damage and pain that was never addressed. Telling them whats happening doesnt cut it. Overall you get you back popped and you leave.....horrible horrible horrible treatment.

Dr. Keen, Dr. Penn and the staff of CFMM are the friendliest and compassionate staff that I have encountered in the medical field. From the time you enter the door to your adjustment or therapy session you are treated as if you are their most important patient. The office staff will work to get you in to see one of the physicians the same day you call as they realize that when youre in pain its a priority to be seen.

User of chiropractic services for decade but this place is outrageous! I wish someone had warned me. New patient charge $100 and you fill out all of the paper work! Dont lay on their massage table - that will cost you $$$$. Exercises you could do at gym $80 per hour even when not with actual therapist! All of their charges exceed Blue Cross allowable by at least 50%. You can do better, lots of other choices!

The staff at the Center for Manual Medicine is very caring and helpful. They were able to get me in quickly and the adjustments helped get rid of my back pain. The doctors sent me to their physical therapists to help teach me how to control my pain at home. The exercises were very easy and helpful for me to ease my pain at home. I would definiely go back in the future!

Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Frye is very knowledgeable, efficient and talented. The chiropractors are the best and really know what they are doing. All the therapists are so pleasant and understanding with people in pain. I have been a patient involved in all areas of treatment at Manual Medicine with great results...I give the Doctors and staff an A+.
