I had high expectations when I came to this facility. I was in need of rehab for two herniated discs in my neck. As it turned out, it was a disappointing experience. My last session there they forgot about me while using the tens machine. I ended up removing the electrode pads myself before leaving. I found the staff to be unorganized and unfocused. This facility schedules many people for rehab at the same time in a large room. The therapists seem to be going in so many directions all at once. Each visit is different, there is no certain order and so much time is lost sitting and waiting for the next therapy. It was also confusing when I would be given inconsistent instructions on how to do an exercise. I did appreciate it when one of the therapist, Amos, noticed this. He explained how to do the exercise correctly and how it would benefit me the most. Its unfortunate that this didnt work out. I had hoped that the quality of attention and care would have been better.

This is the second time that Ive been to this Rehab in the last 3-4 years. They are amazing, professional & friendly. I wished you could schedule appts without seeing a doctor....Had me feeling wonderful in such a short time.
