My son went to this office by mistake after the office had him sign in and turn in his referral documents and give all his personal information they determined that he had to go to another Physical Therapy Center, no information was given back instead he was informed that the information would be transferred to the new Therapy Office which it was. It wasn’t until 2 weeks ago that i get a notice from my credit reporting alerts that a $30 YES $30 Co-Pay was not paid and for this, this Therapy reported it to the Credit Reporting Agency 2 years later, and hired a collection Office. They claim they saw my son and have measurements which is incorrect my wife and my son will both testify in small claims that they never went there. Both myself and my wife spoke to Michelle the office Manager who was extremely rude and Tony who could care less. Apparently not only is this office hard up for money when they hire a collection office for $30 and will only get $15 back if we paid but they also seems like they submit false claims to insurance company. Several entities, like BBB, my Insurance Company and Credit Reporting company as well as the Collection Agency by the name of American Credit Union will be looking into this false claim. My personal opinion on just having talked to them for 2 days is that I would not recommend someone there if they are this hard up for $30 imagine what else they can do with just your signature and information.

I am still in therapy for the past couple of months following 3 spinal surgeries over the past year. I had osteoporosis and have had the entire lumbar spine put "back together " by Dr. Lieberman at Texas Back Institute/ Plano Presbyterian Hospital. Following each surgery, I have put my trust in Wylie PT. I would say that Tony has been attentive to my needs and has a very skilled and well trained staff. Tony is probably the best physical therapist I have ever encountered, including those at hospitals. I have always come to Wylie PT and have had excellent results. I would recommend this clinic to anyone !

My orthopedic surgeon referred me to Wylie Physical Therapy after having shoulder surgery and receiving physical therapy at another clinic down the street. Unfortunately, the previous clinic never touched my arm, and I ended up having to have a second surgery to break up all the scar tissue. After my doctors insistence that I go to this clinic, my arm is now 100% back to normal . The difference was the one-on-one care that I received, which helped to dramatically heal my arm very quickly. I will definitely return to Wylie Physical Therapy whenever the need arises.

These guys are great. Took really good care of my neck, as well as my daughter after a soccer injury. Cant say enough good things about them.
