I was disappointed with the receptionist at the counter. Her name is Latonya (I know her name because she wrote her name on the scheduled card for me). Latonya treats the customer like her child. it was very bad customer service. I am an come back customer. This place was not like this before. I did make an appointment already and would like to have a question with the therapist. Latonya said "NO". I told her I need to set up an order the brace for the knee and it needs to get order. I would like to talk with the therapist just couple minutes and I can wait until when therapist is available. Latonya said "JUST SIT, I WILL TELL YOU WHEN THE THERAPIST AVAILABLE". her face and the action like she just gave command to her kid. I went to the chair and sat there with thinking why this place does not like before. This lady treat customer very bad. Do I need to stay here and see her anytime when I come here. Finally, I left and called back to cancel the appointment. I feel very bad for this place. They will lose the customer if Latonya does not improve her customer service skill.

I went in for treatment of severe muscle spasms during the last month of my pregnancy. The muscle spasms were so bad that I couldnt sleep and everything I did (sit, stand, walk) was painful. My therapist was able to work out the knots in the muscles of my back and gave me exercises and stretches to do to relieve the pain. After my first treatment, I was able to sleep for the first time in a few nights and actually felt like myself for the final weeks of my pregnancy. Cant recommend these professionals enough.

Glad to see they still having the SAME problem. I guess it wasnt me and the girl before me after all. Jealousy is real and jealous females will try to find anything to get you fired. Its funny because the REAL problem still works there. Still ugly. Holy crap Batman!!! LMAO. Oh by the way, any review that reveals the truth they somehow find a way to have it deleted.

They said they accepted my insurance and I had nothing to worry about. than they stick me with a large bill.
