I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish . Booking my appointment was quick and easy ; I wasnt on hold forever and the receptionist was polite and prompt in my scheduling . I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out all the typical new patient paperwork and insurance information . After my paperwork was submitted I was called into the chair . The X-ray technician was quick , efficient and gentle while doing my imaging . Before my services were rendered, I was given a detailed breakdown of costs , what insurance covered and pricing . Dr. Sapna was professional , warm , inviting and most important gentle. I had a deep cleaning ( which requires numbing ); she was very gentle and I barely felt the needle ! During the cleaning she explained everything step by step and assured me that if I wanted to stop for any reason to signal to do so. This was one of the best dental experiences I have had . I would recommend this practice.

Pleasant Dentist office with adventure tunnel for the kids. Everyone who works there were good-spirited, friendly and professional. The Administrative Representative really does her job well, and made sure I had all the information I needed for insurance purposes. Even though she informed me that I wasnt covered to been seen there, the office room was so comfortable, I didnt mind the wait. Though we only met briefly, the dentist put me at ease right away. Im bringing my child back next week to be seen.

Dr. Sapna is the absolute best in dentistry!!!!!! She provided me with exceptional service, quality care and professionalism . She took the time to explain each step of the procedures associated with my treatment plan. She kept me reassured throughout the duration of my procedure. Not to mention the highly trained staff/assistant who provides speedy service with a smile. I would highly recommend anyone to come give Dr. Sapna and healthy dental a call or visit. You wont be disappointed !

The staff is always professional they explain everything step by step so you can understand what your procedure will be like. They also break your bill down so you can know exactly what you have to pay out of pocket if your insurance dont cover. I already switched my son from kool smiles. I definitely recommend.
