This place is awful. They sent me to a collections company for an amount that had been paid 2 months prior. When the collection company called me i was told there was an $80 balance owed, I called Dr. Brown and they confirmed my account was in good standing. I had been in contact with them about the total amount due andthey insured me that my account would not get to collections while we ironed things out with the insuance agency. Apparently they have a company that checks their accounts and automatically sends accounts to collections without verifing with office. On top of that I recently had a repair to my permanant retainer to resecure it to a tooth, the repair was done, i was charged for it and it broke off two days later while I was flossing! After all this happened I never received an apology, they made feel like I did something wrong. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning and am currently looking for a new desntist.

First I came in with extreme pain due to a root canal, and Dr Stuart gave me a prescription from Ibuprofen which did nothing because it was infected (which I told his but he told me it wasnt). So I was in pain for another whole day. The next day they gave me antibiotics and the pains subsided with in a few days. But I reschedule my appointment the day I came in there and told the doctor it was because I could not miss work again so we rescheduled around my work schedule. Then one of his assistants called in to say I never cancelled and they are going to charge me 155$(or close to it) cancelation fee. I usually do a review check but didnt this time, I really wish I did because he bad reviews to begin with. Oh yeah and he diagnosed the wrong tooth !

Excellent dental office experience. Dr. Brown is an incredibly skilled dentist, and makes his patients feel at ease--even and especially those who are nervous about visiting the dentist! He has a friendly, capable, and reassuring demeanor, and he does great work. All of the staff are courteous and professional from the moment patients walk through the door. They are very pleasant to work with, and they treat patients with respect. I moved to Baltimore nearly five years ago, and, having had a good rapport with my previous dentist in a different city, I was worried about finding a new dentist. I did not need to worry; Dr. Brown is fantastic, and I always have a great experience when I visit his office.

Overpriced bridge, kept lifting since day one. Bridges are supposed to last at least seven years. Went to another dentist after refusing to return to them. New dentist stated i should sue for such horrible work. I called them they stated I would have to pay again, unbelievable after being a loyal customer over the past years, and I dont live close to them.

Crazy to me to see low star reviews. I initially came here in 2008 because it was in walking distance. Now, its a 40 min drive and is definitely worth the trip. Staff is friendly, work is great, and Dr. Browns humor is so bad its good :)

The place is a nightmare. I have been called so many times told me that I still own a huge amount of money to the dentist even thought the insurance company and I have already paid a lot. Never never go to this place.

Been a patient for many years (7+), and love the doc and his staff. Very friendly and never a long wait. Dental insurance in general is an ugly thing, but thats not the fault of the practice. Clean office too!
