Friendly Fish

This dental practice sent my husband a bill for the cancellation of an appointment that he did not schedule! Nor did they make him aware it was scheduled! The bill was higher than the co-pay for the appointment would have been! We are extremely disappointed, and plan to move on to a new dentist. The scheduling practices here are a bit chaotic, which is manageable, but if they are going to charge $$ for missed appointments that were not scheduled by the patient, thats downright shady.

I saw Dr. Carpenter for general every 6 month check up. He thought one of my tooth cavity filling need to be redone. He worked for hours and sad thing was I did not have a cavity. He drilled so hard then I had swollen for 3 weeks. After swollen went down I realized he made the unnecessary procedure. Two and half month later, I have to have root cannel done.
I just want to warn you before you go there please be careful.
